Excellent cuisine. Risottos are a specialty.

And it's the first time I come, I have to say, exceptional and to say the least, they have risottos that are nothing short of excellent, the cooking is photonic. I recommend it to everyone and more

Simplicity. That's the impression I got. Because risotto is a simple thing, but the complexity lies—precisely—in not altering the raw ingredients. And that's precisely why they make it here "like my mom used to make it" (quote). My experience of wonderful flavors culminated in the tasting of two varieties of rice: with vegetables (excellent) and with truffle (exceptional), preceded by a porcini mushroom millefeuille and followed by a delicious almond parfait. I was seated near the counter and watched them work diligently and harmoniously. The staff was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. An excellent alternative to the usual pizzas or grilled meats. The final treat was also nice: a small glass of chocolate with liqueur, like a mon cherie instead of the usual limoncello or licorice. A beautiful combination of passion, simplicity, and friendliness, the result of which is truly appreciable. And so it's with great pleasure that I recommend it. There were about ten of us and we decided to try the tasting menu with three risottos, including the classic porcini mushroom risotto and the apple and speck risotto. The flavor wasn't bad, but there were some adjustments needed (personally, the apple risotto was too sweet, almost like a dessert). The same goes for the cherry cheesecake: it was overly sweet; furthermore, the cherries tasted like black cherries, but at least they managed to tone down the sweetness. The staff was friendly and explained how to order the risottos, but the wait was too long considering we were there on a Wednesday evening. I understand the risotto, but not the desserts, and especially the coffee. Retro atmosphere. Excellent options for those with intolerances. Good wine.

The risottos are top-notch!!! The tasting menu of several risottos with matching glasses is highly recommended; the appetizers are also top-notch. The location is informal, and the staff are very friendly and professional, ready to help and advise, if needed, on your choice of dishes. It's very popular with locals, so reservations are recommended. Excellent value.

Fojeta has always been my favorite risotto restaurant. Never disappointed. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.

Always! Delicious food, impeccable service, flavors... Italian! Unique location, full tables, all I can say is: GO FOR IT! Highly recommended! 💪 Keep it up! Dinner with wine is around €40 for two. And that liqueur at the end... Fantastic! It's really worth trying!

The flavored water is a must-try, delicious! The appetizers were exquisite, and all the risottos we tried were truly special. The waitresses were kind and courteous! :) We hope to return soon!

We ordered truffle and vegetable dishes, and they also have something with potatoes, all of them are worth trying, the ordering time is long and reservations are required, they also have salty fried bread, something wonderful, and then we had dessert.
