Optimal! For starters we had Rosti and patanegra, supplì and a fried dish with pulled pork. First courses: Carbonara and then mine: AOP TAGLIOLINI VERY GOOD!!!!!. The Ribolla Gialla wine is also good. Beautiful discovery 👍💪🙂

Excellent youth-run restaurant, worthy of a review in perfect Borghese style. ✨ Location: 7 With a modern and at the same time welcoming appearance. Despite the modest size of the room, each table was well separated from the others and everyone, including us, enjoyed their dinner in complete tranquility. 🍝 Menu: 9 I liked pretty much everything! Their platter is excellent as are their pinsas, all with quality ingredients. I also had the opportunity to taste the carbonara which I had high expectations for, and it did not disappoint me at all. I recommend it mainly because I ate very well. 👩‍💼 Service: 7 At first we waited a bit before they came to take our orders, but then we didn't have any particular waits, in fact, the food arrived quite quickly. We never felt abandoned to ourselves and everyone on the staff was very helpful towards us 💸 Count: 8 For a dinner where we only took a platter to share and a pinsa, we spent around thirty euros, including drinks. All in all the price is in line with other places but the quality in the dishes is noticeable and I consider it money well spent as well as accessible to anyone In short, it convinced me in everything and I would definitely go back, even to try their aperitifs. Carbonara da primato che rimane anche leggera, taglieri stupendi. Anche il resto di livello. Ci si sta bene anche a colazione.

Proviamo per la prima volta questo locale. Prendiamo un cuberoll danese con patate, fish & chips di alici e polpo alla catalana. Forse le alici troppo fritte e il polpo ben nascosto tra le troppe patate e pomodorini. Il cuberoll ottimo. La prossima visita? Chi lo sa?
