Very nice place, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional, always available and attentive. The beer is really good, with a good selection for all tastes. The sandwiches are tasty and prepared with quality ingredients, well filled and with perfect combinations. A perfect place for an evening with friends, where you eat and drink well in a welcoming environment. Absolutely recommended!

It was a real pleasure to taste the extraordinary pizzas prepared by the leavening master, Chef Gabriele Bonci, during the "giropizza" on March 18, 2025. The fried appetizers, including croquettes and supplì, were simply exceptional: crunchy on the outside, very soft on the inside and with an irresistible flavor. The pizzas, all original and unconventional, surprised with the quality of the ingredients and the perfect balance of flavours, offering a unique experience. To complete the evening, a Maritozzo with soft and enveloping cream, which closed the culinary journey in the most delicious way possible. The staff, kind and attentive, made the experience even more pleasant, offering us encore appetizers and pizzas. A perfect evening to discover new flavors and appreciate products of absolute excellence.

Bonci Evening AMAZING: wonderful pizza but the best of the evening was LUCA!!!! 5 STARS REALLY!!! He filled us up with courses, even giving us more than one!!! We were pampered and WE ARE GOING TO BLOW UP!!! Beautiful beautiful beautiful!!!!!!!!

Excellent cuisine, friendly and smiling staff. We have been booking at La Flaca for three weekends: evidently we had a very good time. Discovered "almost by chance", thanks to the The Fork app and intrigued by its varied menu, we were pleasantly impressed. The first positive note is the serene atmosphere you can breathe and the welcoming, friendly and always smiling staff. Not only those who accompany you to the table or take your order, but also the others we have passed or passed near our table have always had positive and proactive attention. Long live education and those who can make you feel good, with a minimum of care: smile! Among the appetizers I recommend the "La Flaca platter", for a large table, because it is truly very filling. A true triumph of cold cuts and other delicacies. For two it can easily transform into the main meal... The "bacon cheddar chips" are also delicious; The croquette is also tasty. Not heavy fried. Among the first courses, our favorite is certainly the "A.o.p.", a tagliolini, garlic, oil, chilli pepper, pink prawn tartare, n'duja crumble; very good, although I imagine limited by seasonality, the "pumpkin gnocco", some goodies with Mantuan pumpkin cream, gorgonzola dripping and crunchy chicory. Very abundant carbonara, a mezzamanica, egg, pecorino romano, bacon from the Sano salami factory. Personally, even though I love traditional Roman classics and often use them to gauge how much I like or dislike a place to eat, it's not the dish I would return to them for. I found a favorite as mentioned above and would like to be able to try the pad thai (rice noodle, prawn, lime, tamarind, soy, fish sauce, peanuts, bean sprouts, egg, sugar), which unfortunately wasn't available when I ordered it. Especially in view of the arrival of the summer, when perhaps with the heat you want to stay lighter, but also simply to enjoy the dish and that's it, there is a decent choice of salad and poké available. We tried the salmon poké, with rice, salmon tartare, philadelphia, purple cabbage, avocado, edamame, teriyaki sauce. If accompanied by a shared starter, as well as being good, it is certainly sufficiently rich and varied. The only negative note, to be honest, are the burgers. We may have been unlucky, but although beautiful in appearance and rich in ingredients, we found their home made bread too dry, both because it was not moistened by sauces or other ingredients, and in its consistency. We opted for a "gasperino", home made bun, selected beef burger, bismark egg, cheese and pepper sauce, bacon, and for a "vegan burger", home made bun, 100% vegetable meat burger, turnip greens cream, Taggiasca olives, revisited dried tomato with the addition of cheddar. The burgers are served with chips, but there were less than twenty in both dishes. As mentioned, we were disappointed by the burgers, due to their flavor and, at least as far as I'm concerned, the desire to eat and fill myself up was not satisfied. We simply won't order them again and will continue to enjoy everything else. The last time we went, having arrived a little early, we discovered that they also serve breakfast, with eggs, toast, yogurt, sweet and savory pancakes. Portions always generous and inviting looking. We will organize ourselves to try the English breakfast or even a brunch. Their offer of aperitifs also seems very inviting, but there are also pizzas and various main courses. The place was also beautiful, we also really liked the dishes, both in color and shape. It also has outdoor tables covered by umbrellas. They also offer take away. I highly recommend visiting the site, studying the menu and making a reservation! Enjoy your meal :)

Sono stato a 'La Flaca' una sera che ero a Roma per lavoro. Mi hanno colpito la particolarità dei piatti e la cortesia del personale. I costi sono abbastanza contenuti. Una pizza, un antipasto molto particolare (Genovese spring roll, buonissimo), un'ottima birra, 25€. Da riprovare.

Carbonara da primato che rimane anche leggera, taglieri stupendi. Anche il resto di livello. Ci si sta bene anche a colazione.
