Passing through on vacation with my wife and a friend we stopped on Sunday evening, almost by chance, for dinner. Excellent welcome, we were the first customers to arrive. Excellent and varied menu. After an appetizer with excellent bruschetta offered by the owner, we chose a pasta all'amatriciana and two cacio e pepe. Then an oxtail alla vaccinara that we shared. Both pastas and the oxtail were truly excellent, with compliments to the chef and compliments to the owner and the staff, very kind and welcoming. To return.

I went this evening for the first time according to friends, a very nice and large place, a truly EXCELLENT sauté of mussels and clams, rice with scampi cream that my 2 and a half year old daughter and I really liked, and excellent fruit. The waiters were really kind, and above all present. I will return to try the meat!

Il ristorante La Fiorentina è da anni il nostro punto di riferimento quando passiamo da Fiano Romano. I nostri amici a quattro zampe trovano sempre accoglienza, si mangia bene e si paga il giusto. Un complimento anche ai due camerieri molto alla mano e gentili.
Optimal. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Excellent food both fish and meat always of excellent quality. Local. Very welcoming both outside and inside. Excellent prices. Highly recommended.

Posto familiare la carne era squisita ottimi i tagli e cotta alla perfezione ( braciola costata lombata) inziano
Con un’intree composta da 2 bruschette a testa e un fruttino di zucchine tagliate a stick. L’atipasto di mare buono ma niente di che e in porzione modesta. Prezzo onesto . Lasciano la bottiglia di vino al tavolo e si paga a consumo intelligente. I pesci che mostravano ante cottura era svariati e post cottura venivano riportati al tavolo ancora nella teglia da forno.
