Today 29/11/25 Went to Andrea at Fiorentina to celebrate the 92nd birthday of my aunt (mother's sister) booked the soup but unfortunately it was not possible for me because I did not find the material to make it but we are not there, lost to my aunt I had RICE CREAM OF SCAMPI made which my aunt was enthusiastic about and not to mention spaghetti with clams, 3 fried dishes with fabulous cod, anchovies with vinegar, bruschetta AUNT was enthusiastic about it and already told me to bring it back (92) YEARS thanks FABIO LUIGI ETC

We stopped at this restaurant because it was close to the Fiano Romano highway toll booth during a trip.
The front parking was convenient.
We immediately felt at ease and were seated.
Both the amatriciana and the coda alla vaccinara were very good.
The owner offered us coffee and a liqueur.

A good restaurant where we ate fish, various appetizers, two first courses, and a fried fish for the main course, finishing with a salad and sorbet.
Everything was very good, well-seasoned without being overly salty. The only flaw was the seafood, which was a bit chewy, but still flavorful!
The scampi cream risotto was very good, as was the spaghetti with clams, just a little too al dente, but I like it! The fried fish was delicate, barely noticeable from the oil, but the rings, in particular, were a bit chewy. Considering we're not in the seaside area, I'd say it's a good restaurant for seafood!
I'll be back for the meat, which is also on the menu!

“La Fiorentina” is a typical Roman restaurant, offering a warm welcome and a classic atmosphere. At the entrance, you'll find a beautiful display of carefully selected, well-cut meats.
The staff is friendly and the service is good.
The appetizers are average, with the only downside being the black olives: the commercial ones from discount stores, flavorless. They should be replaced immediately.
The first courses were good: excellent carbonara, and the cacio e pepe, a little unrelated but still enjoyable. The portions were a bit on the small side, in my opinion, but every restaurant has its own approach.
Overall, the place is good, but it could improve on the details that really make the difference.

When I'm in the area I always stop to eat both meat and fish, normal prices and good products. The only flaw is that if for some reason they serve you a dish that is wrong (overcooked, raw, tasteless, etc. etc.), if you complain the only thing they can say is that they're sorry but when it comes to the bill you will be charged.
