An excellent experience at La Filanda in Manciano. We ordered the crispy egg pasta with zucchini fondue and fresh truffle and the Maremma prosciutto heart with Manciano-style schiacciata. Both were delicious, with quality ingredients and beautifully showcased flavors. For our first courses, the paccheri carbonara with Cinta Senese pork cheek, Tuscan pecorino cheese, and fresh truffle was rich and flavorful, while the pappardelle with Manciano-style wild boar ragù was truly excellent, with an authentic flavor. Careful cuisine, excellent ingredients, and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended.

We dined at La Filanda, and the experience was remarkable on every level.
The setting is absolutely magnificent: an old building restored with taste and refinement.
The service is highly professional: attentive, precise, with genuine advice and top-notch oenological expertise. The wine list is particularly interesting, offering both exceptional wines and great vintages, as well as equally high-quality, more accessible wines. We notably discovered a single-varietal Ciliegiolo, delicious and perfectly showcased, a symbol of the restaurant's commitment to promoting the products and wines of Manciano.
In the kitchen, everything is precise and perfectly balanced. The dishes are rich in flavor, prepared with passion and skill, without ever becoming excessive. The seasonings are precise, respectful of the ingredients, and each element finds its natural place.
Special mention goes to the fresh pasta, which is a testament to true craftsmanship: the texture, taste, and precision of execution are perfect and immediately apparent upon tasting.
Thank you to Gianpaolo and Barbara for this exceptional meal, a wonderful conclusion before our return to France.

Following an unexpected event, we booked a table at this restaurant by chance, about 10 minutes before our arrival. We were amazed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the service and, above all, by the delicious cuisine. The restaurant offers a typical Maremma menu with some contemporary twists, making dinner at La Filanda a must-try for all foodies.
The owner immediately proved to be friendly and helpful, and even with our short notice, she prepared excellent gluten-free dishes for me.
The portions were generous, and the price was fair considering the exceptional quality of the food and the service, provided by a very well-trained and professional waitress.
The atmosphere is very refined and fully reflects the restaurant's cuisine: rustic yet with modern touches.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent dinner and an unforgettable experience.

We arrived by chance, captivated by the descriptions and menu on Google, and had a wonderful time. The chef was welcoming, pleasant, and friendly, and the waitress was professional and meticulous. The dishes were carefully crafted, showcasing all the local flavors.

We attended a cooking class one day and dinner the following night. Chef Barbara is an excellent teacher and her Michelin rated restaurant is among the very best in the Tuscan region. Don't miss an opportunity to dine with her!
