La Filanda In Manciano

We went to the La Filanda restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner. Everything perfect: welcome, courtesy, warmth, environment and quality of the cuisine. Excellent menu. A very pleasant evening!

Great food, especially the local type of steak, traditional and with truffles. The place has a selection of dishes with these famous mushrooms. Additionally, wine pairing by the owner and a charming way of serving. Great value for money. Following the Michelin Guide - I recommend it. The disadvantages - when settling the transaction, I was not asked about the currency and the more expensive DCC was selected instead of my bank. It's worth paying attention to this.

Beautiful location with vertical development that reaches the terrace used in summer. A welcome that we will remember for a long time. Gian Paolo and Barbara pampered us all evening... I recommend everyone to go and I hope to return soon I forgot the excellent wine list...

My sister and friends just enjoyed a most fantastic dining experience. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived and they customized from their menu a beautiful tasting experience. We enjoyed pate, pasta, soup, steak and dessert. Each taste was better than the previous enjoyed bite. Should our travels bring us back to Manciano, we will visit Barbara and Paolo first!

La Filanda satisfied my search; I wanted to taste traditional dishes, well executed using excellent products. It is satisfying to see how apparently simple dishes can give royal pleasure, maintaining an excellent quality/price ratio.

Courtesy, quality and friendliness. All this in a wonderful environment, truly beautiful and elegant, but at the same time warm and informal. We eat as Christ commands, with beautiful and above all good dishes. Go there... and in a hurry too! Greetings to the owners from Matteo and Michela

Splendida location nel centro storico di un antico borgo, con terrazza e spettacolare vista sulla Maremma. Tutto molto curato e raffinato, dal tovagliato bianchissimo, alle lampade a led che regalano un’atmosfera romantica, al giusto numero di tavoli che consentono al personale un’attenzione particolare ad ogni ospite. Personale molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile, in particolare i proprietari Barbara e Gian Paolo che accolgono gli ospiti con calore ed ospitalità’. Lui pronto a consigliare il giusto vino da abbinare alle portate, Barbara capace, con la sua creatività’, di rendere uniche portate belle esteticamente e realizzate con prodotti locali di elevata qualità. Menu’ molto vario e non banale, con una sezione dedicata a portate a base di tartufo. Carta dei vini con proposte da varie cantine della zona. Da sottolineare l’ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Location bellissima con vista spettacolare, cibo veramente buono cucinato abilmente e con prodotti veramente di qualità. Un mix di tradizione ed eleganza nel portare a tavola piatti saporiti e decisi. Non mi è piaciuta la pappardella al ragù perchè liscia ma sono gusti personalissimi anche perchè il condimento era molto buono. Pici spaziali pieni di scaglie di tartufo giganti e saporite. Gli antipasti speciali e non classiconi . Proprietario e personale gentili e simpatici. Tornerò sicuramente se da quelle parti
