People who know their job. The quality of the dishes is high but also constant over time. The service is good: it can be polite and discreet without being too detached or formal. The wait is never excessive, considering that all the dishes are made to order. It is worth highlighting the quality of the raw materials used, always genuine and often excellent (such as the exclusively local meats or trout but also the exquisite lentils or the exquisite truffle or the cold cuts and cheeses). The wild boar ragù is excellent, the roasted trout served with a sauce that is also local, the tagliatelle with truffle but also the grilled lamb or the simple and cheap sausage with lentils. The house tiramisu is exquisite. It is not even true that the menu is so limited: dishes outside the menu are often available... And then you can also order from a pizzeria menu with dishes and tastes that are completely satisfying. I also recommend trying a simple mixed salad that with the freshness of its ingredients and a rare quality oil (especially that of the "Terre francescane") will surely satisfy you. The environment is pleasant and clean and you are practically immersed in greenery with the exception of the provincial road that runs right under the restaurant (but which for this very reason allows easy access even for the disabled). The parking is no more than twenty meters away (on the street) or thirty (parking lot) and is free.

Chi è originario di Visso o ci ha passato le vacanze, ha curiosità e nostalgia di vedere come nuova struttura abbia sostituito la vecchia affacciata anziché sul fiume sulla strada trafficata in estate da rider , che bivaccano chiassosamente ai lati di un piazzale. Ma nessuno si infastidisce, fa tutto parte di una coreografia , ove le montagne avvolgono rumori, odori e la coralità dell'allegria della compagnia. Veloce e accogliente il servizio. Il ristorante offre buoni prodotti di terra e di acqua come le pappardelle al cinghiale o alla trota. Ottimi gli agnolotti alla norcina con tartufo. Buono anche il fritto di agnello, anche se c'è da prestare più attenzione alla materia prima. Posto piacevole sia d'inverno al chiuso, che in estate dove un ampio prato accoglie i commensali, senza restrizioni di orario. C'è sempre posto per tutti. Da visitare.

Trovandomi a Visso per lavoro e ,basandomi sulle recensioni , ho pranzato in questo locale. Il primo impatto non è dei migliori , l’arredamento e il locale in generale non è nulla di che . Ho subito pensato che si basasse più alla sostanza che all’apparenza. Avevo effettivamente ragione . Il menù propone piatti tipici della zona , dai primi tipici ai secondi di carne. Ho mangiato una bistecca di vitello (enorme) , tenera e cotta al punto giusto , un contorno di patate arrosto che erano niente male . Personale cordiale e attento alle richieste dei clienti . Conto in linea con quanto offerto . Sicuramente ci tornerò
