Excellent quality of food and excellent courtesy in service… It just deserves compliments.. Very honest price

People who know their job. The quality of the dishes is high but also constant over time. The service is good: it knows how to be polite and discreet without being too detached or formal. The wait is never excessive, considering that all dishes are freshly made. It is necessary to underline the quality of the raw materials used, always genuine and often excellent (such as the exclusively local meat or trout but also the delicious lentils or the exquisite truffle or the cold cuts and cheeses). The wild boar ragù, the roasted trout served with a local sauce, the truffle tagliatelle, but also the grilled lamb or the simple and economical sausage with lentils are excellent. The house tiramisu is exquisite. It's not even true that the menu is so limited: off-menu dishes are often available... And then you can also order on a pizzeria menu with completely satisfying dishes and flavours. I also recommend trying a simple mixed salad which, with the freshness of its ingredients and a rare quality oil (especially that of the "Franciscan lands") will certainly satisfy you. The environment is pleasant and clean and you are practically immersed in greenery with the exception of the provincial road that runs right below the restaurant (but which for this very reason allows easy access even for disabled people). The parking is no more than twenty meters away and is free.

Trovandomi a Visso per lavoro e ,basandomi sulle recensioni , ho pranzato in questo locale. Il primo impatto non è dei migliori , l’arredamento e il locale in generale non è nulla di che . Ho subito pensato che si basasse più alla sostanza che all’apparenza. Avevo effettivamente ragione . Il menù propone piatti tipici della zona , dai primi tipici ai secondi di carne. Ho mangiato una bistecca di vitello (enorme) , tenera e cotta al punto giusto , un contorno di patate arrosto che erano niente male . Personale cordiale e attento alle richieste dei clienti . Conto in linea con quanto offerto . Sicuramente ci tornerò

I went to this restaurant for the first time. I'm giving it 4 stars because, not knowing it, it seems right to me. I found the meat a little bland but I will return because I like to discover new places. It doesn't seem right to me to judge, much less in just one go. I'll be back!

La Filanda, situata nel cuore del centro commerciale di Visso, è una piacevole sorpresa per il palato. Il menù propone piatti genuini e ben curati, con Sapri che sanno di casa,. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è impeccabile, rendendolo una tappa ideale per un pasto senza fronzoli ma pieno di gusto. L atmosfera informale e accogliente completa l esperienza. Se sei di passaggio, fermati qui È un ottima idea!!!!!
