EXCELLENT CUISINE WITH HIGH-QUALITY MEATS, GOOD WINE, AND COMFORTABLE SEATING. RELAXING AND ROMANTIC ATMOSPHERE, FRESH AIR, AND LOTS OF GREEN LANDSCAPE.

First time I've been to this place and definitely the last. Honestly, I wasn't thrilled with it. The service was slow and there was little choice from starters to main courses. The mixed grill, for a mountain place, was lacking in just two tiny pieces of meat.

Passing through Visso on the way to Lake Fiastra, we stopped at the spinning mill, right on the main road... a very nice place. We ate a delicious roast trout fillet, accompanied by an extraordinary mixed pickled vegetables... and a single dish called "piatto artigiano" (artisan dish), consisting of grilled primo sale (fresh pasta), roasted potatoes, sautéed chicory, and two veal sausages, both less than excellent. Congratulations, guys, and long live your resilience.

Fast service despite the crowd. Good quality food, fair price.

People who know their job. The quality of the dishes is high but also constant over time. The service is good: it can be polite and discreet without being too detached or formal. The wait is never excessive, considering that all the dishes are made to order. It is worth highlighting the quality of the raw materials used, always genuine and often excellent (such as the exclusively local meats or trout but also the exquisite lentils or the exquisite truffle or the cold cuts and cheeses). The wild boar ragù is excellent, the roasted trout served with a sauce that is also local, the tagliatelle with truffle but also the grilled lamb or the simple and cheap sausage with lentils. The house tiramisu is exquisite. It is not even true that the menu is so limited: dishes outside the menu are often available... And then you can also order from a pizzeria menu with dishes and tastes that are completely satisfying. I also recommend trying a simple mixed salad that with the freshness of its ingredients and a rare quality oil (especially that of the "Terre francescane") will surely satisfy you. The environment is pleasant and clean and you are practically immersed in greenery with the exception of the provincial road that runs right under the restaurant (but which for this very reason allows easy access even for the disabled). The parking is no more than twenty meters away (on the street) or thirty (parking lot) and is free.
