I went for New Year's Eve dinner. The menu was exclusively fish-based, with simple yet refined dishes. The products were high-quality, beautifully presented, and the wine cellar was excellent. The host was present, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. The place was refined and well-maintained, yet made you feel at ease.

A wonderful experience. The place was beautiful, the food excellent, and the staff polite and helpful (despite the fact that we had a very rude person in our group, for which I apologize). The service was perhaps a little slow, but overall, I highly recommend lunch and/or dinner at this restaurant. Kudos to the entire staff.

We celebrated our son's baptism and our wedding at the Fiaschetteria. Vittorio was very accommodating and accommodating to our requests. The dishes were delicious, appreciated by all our guests, and the staff was professional yet approachable. They were especially skilled at creating dishes suitable for those with food intolerances and allergies, without deviating from the menu. Highly recommended.

A place we love. Every time we come back, it's because we want to be pampered. The menu changes seasonally and always offers traditional dishes, along with modern twists. The atmosphere is very intimate and refined, where you can definitely spend a relaxing evening. The quality of the dishes is top-notch. The chef, with extensive experience and care, uses excellent, high-quality products with unique pairings. All are exquisite. The wine list is excellent, with a wide selection for all budgets and occasions. The location is beautiful, both indoors in the winter and outdoors in the summer. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. It's definitely worth a try!

Excellent, high-quality food. The service is equally welcoming and attentive. The menu offers limited choices, but this is certainly intended to offer superior quality. The risotto was perfectly cooked, very tasty, garnished with local products. The gnocchi were very good. I tried the appetizers and dessert and can confirm what I said previously. The prices are reasonable. The place is not large, with limited seating. I recommend booking if you go on a weekend (Saturday). RECOMMENDATION
