Maybe the location is a little modern for my taste, but it's definitely usable and very well kept. The staff is professional and friendly, the food is definitely up to par, excellent and plentiful, highly recommended.

We'd passed it many times, never noticing it, until a friend pointed it out to us, and it was a delightful discovery. A modern, well-decorated, and bright place, it's a restaurant, predominantly vegetarian, and a bar for breakfast or aperitifs. We tried it (with great pleasure!) as a restaurant: excellent homemade crostini with vegetables or prosciutto, lemon and sage risotto, eggplant parmigianetta (a little awkward to eat from the crock, but very tasty), zucchini gnocchi, chicken alla diavola, and roasted octopus. Everything was delicious; you could taste the high-quality ingredients and the skillful cooking. But the ice creams were definitely amazing: made in-house with unique ingredients (such as elderflower) and served in cups enriched with dark chocolate shavings and hazelnuts, and with crunch and berries. Excellent!! The wine is served by the glass, and the coffee is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. It will definitely be a very pleasant stop for us when we are in the area again.

A top-notch restaurant. Excellent ingredients. Their focaccia is simple, delicious, easy to digest, and not overly salty. Highly recommended!

The pizza and focaccia were truly top-notch. The San Daniele prosciutto platter was also excellent! The only downside, however, was the vegan risotto I shared with friends. It was completely tasteless and overcooked. I hope it was just a mistake that night. It still deserves high marks for everything else I ate.

This is an organic pizza restaurant that prepares authentic dishes with locally sourced ingredients. The pizza dough is light and easy to digest, and comes in two different versions. They bake bread daily and sell organic and vegan products. Gluten-free options are available in both the restaurant and bar. We dined here because we were guests at the hotel. The menu isn't very varied unless you're interested in pizza, but the options are interesting, and I opted for a lemon, sage, and pistachio risotto with a side of turmeric and rosemary potatoes. Both were good. I can't say the same about the gelato for dessert; the vegan pistachio flavor was a complete no-no, and the almond flavor was mediocre. The service was thorough, polite, and friendly.

5 stars deserved, but with one caveat. I was looking for a vegan dinner and found everything I could hope for here. The long-leavened focaccia was truly exceptional, both for the dough and all the ingredients, especially the vegan stracchino. The dessert was also delicious and unique. The caveat is for the risotto, which I didn't count in the rating, but it was really difficult to rate: super overcooked, rubbery, and the flavor was truly lacking. I hope it was just a problem last night, because the rest deserves 5 stars.

I didn't stay overnight, so I'm here to judge the restaurant. I must offer my heartfelt compliments on the planning, as the pizzas, and especially the focaccias, are made with top-quality dough.

I go every now and then to share life and enjoy a relaxing moment for lunch or dinner, the vegan focaccia is good and digestible, the place is a bit expensive anyway

Excellent coffee, also recommended the pizzas.
