7 of us tried to have dinner. We all had pizza and focaccia. Personally, but also according to everyone else, I think I ate the best pizza and the best focaccia ever. Excellent product, exaggerated quality and friendly and nice staff. Congratulations you deserve all the stars!

Very good food, carefully prepared dishes and very kind service, every waiter who came to the table greeted with courtesy and a smile (which is not to be taken for granted). Nice and well-kept place with also a resale of food products and not always organic ones. High prices but overall worth it.

I don't know about the hotel part, but the bakery and pastry shop with bar is an obligatory stop for anyone passing by. The products from the bakery are unmatched.

The food is very good, you can see that there is research in the material. The terrace for aperitifs is truly suggestive and worthy. The two stars less go to an inexplicable reason why "they don't make pizzas for lunch" (a snobbery that's difficult to explain) and to really tight kitchen hours (if you reach the limit the kitchen is closed it's said, but things like that they take away droves of customers).

Nice place, relaxing music and lights, spacious. Excellent dishes, excellent focaccias and pizzas. The service can improve, little attention to the customer, it is necessary to request service, in a place that was almost empty. Hospitality needs improvement, but excellent products

Company dinner: beautiful and warm atmosphere; service a little confusing; very good focaccia, the rest nothing (my crepes were dry and few, maybe 1 divided into 2)

We had dinner with friends, we ate well, the focaccias are delicious and also the vegan dish with meatballs, rice and raw vegetables, good unfiltered bottled beer, the brunette waitress with short hair very professional and the young boy very kind too. Nice girl at the checkout. I was fine

15/02/2025: Super butcher shop! The products are really excellent and the guys who run it are young, friendly and know what they're doing! They always know how to give us the right advice! Super recommended!
31/01/2025: The restaurant offers both fresh butcher's products and delicatessen products prepared daily on site. I have been going to this business for three months during my lunch break. I have had the opportunity to try all the preparations offered and have always been very satisfied. Regarding gastronomy, there are things always present in the list, such as white and red meat preparations (e.g. rolls, wallets, morsels, meatballs) often stuffed with ham, cheese, mushrooms, etc., but then every day they are found also other dishes, from porchetta to hot sandwiches, assembled on the spot, and numerous side dishes, always excellent, including the baked potatoes, better than those made at home. On some occasions I have eaten first courses (pie, trofie, spaghetti), and I can give 5 stars for these too. I would like to point out on Thursday the arrival of fresh buffalo mozzarella from Campania, and the salami (of artisanal quality!) prepared by the owner and matured on site in a controlled temperature and humidity compartment are always available. I would also like to point out the courtesy of the owners, affable and always smiling, and the possibility of booking the dishes with a preventive WhatsApp message, in order to reduce delivery times. After the compliments there should be the criticisms, but honestly I don't know what to say, other than that, given the large offer of products, the space for consuming is limited to around ten places, and on some occasions, in moments of greater influx of customers, the place is a little crowded. But it doesn't happen that often. Clearly the problem does not exist in the case of take-away withdrawals. Last detail, the name "Butchery" is a little misleading, because in fact it is also a "super delicatessen" in all respects. Go, taste it and you'll see that you'll come back.

30/03/2025: Bah.. dishes were also good but definitely poor. Luckily there was bread and I ate something. 2 shellfish, some oysters... 90 eu 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but what do these restaurateurs intend to do? I suggest they go to dinner for example at Eden in Sistiana to see what the raw fish plateau should be like (for the record x10)... place crossed out
23/03/2025: Stumbled upon it while walking around the city. Small rooms, furnished with great taste, better to book at the weekend. Exquisite dishes, excellent service, decidedly fresh products. We are not lovers of raw meats but the gentlemen next to us had it and really wanted it. An amazing dish. Fair prices, definitely generous first courses, if you take an appetizer (I admit I ate some bread with it), I recommend halving the first course, my tagliolini with seafood ragù were really for two. Mr. Alessandro's advice on wine is spot on!!
