I have been several times for an aperitif. And I can say that the drinks are more than good, they are excellent, they don't have improvised barmen but real professionals to create the perfect combination to satisfy the customers' palates. In addition to that there is also a nice side buffet.

Ate "Sottobosco" pizza. Good, the salt was missing but it's there. You can always add. The dough is very soft, high edge, very tasty. A more than decent glass of classic Chianti wine. Thank you.

Sarà quello schieramento di leve delle macchine per espresso, sarà che il caffè è più arabica che robusta, sarà l'attenzione maniacale con la quale tengono gli "attrezzi".... ma è senza dubbio uno dei migliori caffè mai bevuti.....

Almoçamos com o grupo da excursão para Siena. Foi servido um antepasto de frios qeu estava bom, mas o macarrão para 4 pessoas foi servido em uma porção muito pequena, estava totalmente sem gosto a comida, o molho, e praticamente, não havia carne (sendo que foi vendido que era molho a bolonhesa). Além de ter demorado 1 hora e 20 minutos, impactando no tempo do passeio na cidade. Péssima experiência em ter aceitado a sugestão do guia para almoçar nesse lugar.

It is the best restaurant where I have eaten wonderfully so much returning every year. The service is spectacular as well as having qualified and friendly staff who are always available, polite and polite. I recommend it to all those who want to enjoy excellent food. The prices are not high and it is worth savoring the spectacular dishes of the La favorita restaurant in Piazza Matteotti every day you are in Siena.

Esperienza Eno-Gastronomica da vivere, ogni cosa, ogni elemento di arredo, ogni piatto, ogni etichetta di vino, ogni calice trasuda storia e racconta di una TOSCANITA' UNICA. Bravi tutti...complimenti.
30/12/2024: We had dinner here with friends and it was a wonderful experience. Service was very friendly and forthcoming. They had some internet issues and so one could not pay by card. The owner apologized profusely and surprised us with a portion of the speciality of the house (wild boar) to make up for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and we would definitely recommend it.

Le Terme

14/01/2025: The Hotel/SPA is closed and has been a while, but the river below it has Thermal Springs which are available for a natural bathing experience. You can cross the bridge and that was OK even whilst the seemingly permanent security was present. The area is beautiful and the experience is really lovely, the depth is quite shallow and the water can be quite hot, but you can find a nice sport to relax and find a rock pool with a temperature which is to your taste. Its really a beautiful spot, shame the derelict hotel is there, it should either be renovated or removed.
15/12/2024: The warm spring on the opposite bank is great, but the river bed, marked out with stones, is very shallow. In addition, it is dark and very cool in the valley in the cold season.
