Excellent breakfasts and excellent pastries

A historic place, with a wide selection of croissants and pastries, especially mini ones... definitely a top choice for breakfast. Prices are fair. The croissants are a great size, always soft, and filled just right. The coffee is excellent, and with their macchiato/i.o./cappuccino options, they know how to froth it properly. Even with a good flow of customers, they serve you very quickly. There are a few tables both inside and outside. Clearly, since it's very popular, if you arrive during breakfast hours, it can be difficult to find a seat, which is obviously something to be expected. In any case, the counter makes up for it. I honestly give it my all.

A nice place to go with friends

I highly recommend it. Air-conditioned, very helpful staff, and a wide range of culinary offerings for an excellent breakfast. The "Giglio" or "Veneziana" are a must-try; they literally melt in your mouth. The bakery also stocks a variety of newspapers for customers to enjoy.

Historic pastry shop in Rovigo located near the center and therefore parking is not very close. The place could use some updating but is still well kept. There is a wide choice of pastries and mini pastries as well as cakes and semifreddos. I got a pasta with ricotta and raisins and it was good.
