Unfortunately it is no longer possible to eat outside, which was a significant plus for us. Prices have increased significantly in recent years.
Maybe a little too much.
However, a restaurant definitely worth trying!

It wasn't a dinner, it was an experience.
My first Michelin star dinner and everything was flawless.
I highly recommend the surprise tasting menu.
Chef Federico also came to greet us at the end of the evening, asking us for a personal opinion with a humility that stands out.
It feels like being on another planet.

An excellent experience, prepared dining room staff, cheerful and available to our every request. For the cuisine, each dish had its own personality. Compliments for the tortelli and the rib-eye meat. From start to finish an excellent journey. To return as soon as possible

Als Auftakt für einen Sardinienurlaub, ein sensationeller Beginn.Die freundliche Begrüßung und das liebevoll arrangierte Ambiente sorgen für eine sehr positive Erwartungshaltung. Wir entscheiden uns für das Degustationsmenü und erleben ein Feuerwerk von feinen Geschmackseruptionen. Handwerklich arbeiten die Kochkünstler auf höchstem Niveau. Mit dem Aperitiv Champagne Zero und dem weißen und roten Burgunder, und dem Chablis, gibt es eine perfekte Weinbegleitung. Auf Einladung des Hauses reicht man zu sensationellen Tortellini einen Riesling Prädikatswein mit zartem Rosenduft. Das gesamte Essen schmeckt außergewöhnlich gut und ist in den Details immer wieder für eine neue Erfahrung bereit. Kochkunst auf hohem Niveau. Die Darbietung ebenso und mit den Desserts dann noch ein grandioses Finale.

Dal mio ristorante preferito, mi è stato omaggiato il libro “Tavoledoc” qui ho scoperto la Favellina.
Devo dire che è molto interessante l’esperienza che si vive.
Sono un’esperta di ristoranti con e senza stelle, perché apprezzo la ricerca e la qualità delle materie prime nella cucina.
L’unica ( piccola stonatura… ) , il personale è un po’ troppo distaccato, soprattutto Riccardo.
Si può sempre migliorare !!!

Very beautiful location, not too complicated to reach and certainly enjoys a beautiful view. The interior is well-kept, the lighting creates a rather intimate environment. The tasting menu is good, let's say that since there are many courses, not all of them satisfied my taste, as the flavors are very refined and particular. Overall an experience I would recommend

Really excellent restaurant. I recommend the 24 month parmesan tortelli, they are super! Really good quality/price. The only flaw... maybe 5 tables in one room are too many.
