The staff is very young, friendly, and welcoming. The ingredients are delicious, and unlimited water is included in the cover charge (an extremely rare occurrence). The prices are high, but the ingredients are high-quality and the produce is ethical. Outside, there's a large green area used in the summer. You spend a little more, but you eat well, feel at home, and support more ethical and clean production of raw materials.

I went there with friends last week and went back again the following evening. Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza, and friendly staff, especially the guy at the cash register.
Only later did I learn about the social project behind it and was even happier I went. It's a shame I was just passing through Bologna, but I hope to return.
