The pizza chefs are good, especially the very fast and professional guy, the pizza has always been excellent for decades, but lately it doesn't happen often but every now and then they make it much more cooked than usual, the service has been a bit poor for a long time, it could be much improved

I came here for dinner with a friend to eat a couple of pizzas. Let's take one with 8 cheeses with mozzarella, gorgonzola, caciocavallo, cream, galbanino, emmenthal, parmesan, bocconcini, smoked scamorza, and the other with mozzarella, sausage, peppers, onion and caciocavallo. So unfortunately, even though the room wasn't full, the service was a bit slow, almost half an hour to get two pizzas, the waiters were very friendly and the dough wasn't bad at all, but apart from the particularity of these 8 cheese pizzas, it was still very heavy and the flavor was a bit too confusing, the other simpler one however I appreciated a bit more but it wasn't anything so unique. A bit spartan place, low prices and therefore average quality.

Sono venuto a cena qui con un amico per mangiare un paio di pizze. Prendiamo una agli 8 formaggi con mozzarella, gorgonzola, caciocavallo, panna, galbanino, emmenthal, grana, bocconcini, scamorza affumicata, e l’altra invece con mozzarella, salsiccia, peperoni, cipolla e caciocavallo. Allora purtroppo, anche non essendo la sala piena, il servizio è stato un po’ lento, quasi mezz’ora per avere due pizze, i camerieri molto cordiali e gli impasti non affatto male, però a parte la particolarità di questi pizza agli 8 formaggi, comunque era tanto pesante e poi il sapore era un po’ troppo confusionario, l’altra invece più semplice però l’ho apprezzata un po’ di più ma non era niente di così unico. Posto un po’ spartano, prezzi bassi e qualità quindi nella media.

Excellent pizza in the historic heart of the city of Foggia. I had a margherita with sausage and nduja that was really good. The only sore point is that I had to call the girl who served the tables to point out that the tablecloth was dirty and needed to be changed. The location should be renovated.. rating 6

La pizza é veramente buona, il menù è estremamente variegato, i prezzi sono decisamente ottimi. Locale accogliente tipo trattoria, perfetto per cene tra amici. Le prenotazioni non servono: quando si liberano i tavoli ti siedi
