A typical place to try...old Genoa style with wood oven and traditional dishes Delicious food and authentic Genoese atmosphere!!! Highly recommended! PS. Try the cooked pear....a simple and delicious dessert

Historic and very typical place, while waiting to go to the theater we took two takeaway portions of farinata. It was piping hot, crunchy on top and soft on the inside. A real show! Well done, we are very demanding when it comes to farinata. Price per portion €6, certainly not a good price but satisfied with the quality.

Prima di andare a teatro ormai è una tappa fissa. La farinata è strepitosa, ma sono buonissime anche le torte cotte nel forno a legna, come si facevano una volta… le pizzette al tegamino sono un sogno e le pere fantastiche!

The best farinata in Genoa! Typical place, with Genoese products: wonderful cakes, even the cooked pears are special! Great for a quick dinner before going to the theatre. But you can also buy takeaway.

We went to this place for a quick dinner before going to the theatre. The place is very rustic, but this is precisely its beauty. The farinata is very good as are the savory pies. The onion pie is spectacular! Very friendly staff and fast service.

20/04/2025: I read reviews that leave me perplexed. Personally I think the products are excellent. The friendliness, however, is the standard Genoese one. I confirm the difficulty in finding parking. The fact is, however, that in central/eastern Genoa, it remains one of my favorite pastry shops and I return regularly, both to consume on site and for takeaway.

19/05/2025: Era un po' che non ci andavo ma c'ero stato anni fa, ieri partecipato ad una comunione quindi bella occasione per tornarci. Il locale è grande ed accogliente, il personale gentile, si mangia bene, porzioni generose e bene anche il servizio nonostante la confusione. Unica nota i bagni, sarebbero veramente da risistemare. Almeno una pulita ed una imbiancata, muffa e ragnatele in abbondanza. Peccato, avrei dato 5 pallini
