I went to this place for lunch a few days ago after looking for inspiration online. It really exceeded my expectations!!! The staff immediately appears friendly and smiling. Each table has a paper menu (which in some ways I prefer to the QRcode for its immediacy), reusable placemats and cutlery. On the menu there is a "limited" offer of dishes and sandwiches, very rich in combinations and tastes (as they say 'Few, but good') and if you try the sandwich there is the possibility of choosing the bread: three types. However, from the beginning to the end of the meal the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the place was tidy and clean, the furniture and ornaments were not disturbing and from the first course, to the coffee, everything was served with care and attention. WELL DONE

Non conoscevamo questa mini catena che propone piatti di eccellenza, ispirati alla cucina piemontese ma preparati ed elaborati in modo originale. Si possono assaggiare panini d'autore ma noi abbiamo preferito antipasti e insalate. Interessante l'abbinamento della battuta di Fassona con peperoni arrostiti e zucchine. Anche l'insalata montagnina si è rivelata molto gustosa e ricca non solo di foglie. Sala con arredamento moderno Ma che mantiene i mattoni a vista della struttura Antica.
