What is La Fabbrica dei Sapori di Castellanza? Good question. Maybe it's easier to first say what this place is not: an empty place. Because when you come here, you fill up. Your eyes fill with things to look at in this vast venue. You are filled with human presence, professional and fast. But above all, you fill your stomach. Many different dishes, including fish, meat, various first courses, side dishes and desserts. But above all, between Asian and Italian cuisine, for a mix that doesn't displease at all those who have an open mind enough to alternate dishes that apparently have nothing to do with each other, but which make a truly legendary dinner. It doesn't even cost too much for the size of the buffet, but regardless, it's so worth it.

Good, but the desserts are really very sugary

So to start let's talk about the ice cream, every time I come here I find it melted and mushy, which takes away the desire to eat it. Sushi is ok, the other foods are all good, but I especially like the pineapple with cinnamon and I think the cakes are not very delicious because they are full of cream and cream. Inside there is also a children's area, which I recommend if you bring children while I fully advise against it if they don't come in to play, for example the other time my daughter happened to have a child who had vomited and the employees hadn't cleaned in time.

I love "all you can eat" restaurants and this Flavor Factory is one of my favourites. Located in via Don Minzoni in Castellanza, it is easy to reach by car and it is also easy to park. The restaurant is truly tastefully furnished and very elegant, you immediately feel at ease. Even though it is very large, it is always advisable to book, especially on weekends as it is very popular. The staff is always kind and extremely professional, they respond courteously to every request. The buffet is something sumptuous, Chinese, Italian, Japanese and Brazilian cuisines well represented. Special mention for the grill with many cuts of meat that is cooked in front of you and then brought to the table, and for the sushi buffet. In addition to the buffet, the waiters pass by the tables with Brazilian grilled meat or with a trolley to offer the dishes of the day. The quality of the food is always very high. A place suitable for both a dinner with the family and a business meeting, or why not for a romantic dinner. The bill for 2 people with a liter of water, a Coke and 2 medium beers was 64 euros, I would say very honest. On my very personal card, a well-deserved thumbs up 5 times.

Sono passato per Castellanza, e ho visto questo ristorante, e siamo entrati, locale molto bello e caratteristico con più di 300 posti a sedere. Cucina italiana, cinese, giapponese, brasiliana, menù fisso, personale molto gentile e cordiale. Prima o poi ci tornerò.

Ci sono stato per la prima volta,devo dire che ero un po’ scettico,mi sono dovuto ricredere,parcheggio sia davanti che dietro al locale, noi ci siamo recati a pranzo.C’è anche uno spazio per far giocare i bambini.Siamo arrivati alle 13.30 e chiude alle 15,io sinceramente ho mangiato bene,dalla pasta al gelato.
