Tradition does not rhyme with immobility, as demonstrated by this restaurant which offers Piedmontese dishes "updated" from the usual approaches, without betraying. Particularly appreciated are the plin with toma fondue and turgy salami, and an excellent choice of wines, including from beyond the Alps.

Nice discovery made somewhat by chance, excellent restaurant with cuisine with attention to detail from plating to preparation. All of a high level cuisine. Well assorted wine list. The trio of desserts is recommended. Must try!

Eravamo stati qui nel 2023, ed essendoci trovati molto bene (non ricordo se avevo recensito allora), siamo tornati.
Purtroppo personalmente l’esperienza non è stata così positiva. Nulla da eccepire sulla location, sul personale e sul servizio, ma almeno i piatti da me ordinati non mi hanno soddisfatto. Nel dettaglio: il tris di antipasti troppo freddi, battuta di carne troppo agrumata, l’albese dura e “nervosa”.
Sotto filetto troppo cotto e quindi molto asciutto.
Peccato, sarà stata la serata sbagliata, a dire dei miei commensali i loro piatti erano molto buoni.

Perfect food and service. Super risotto. The only thing I didn't like at all was the zabaglione on the hazelnut cake, I would have preferred it to be hot. But it's my thing.

We had lunch yesterday as a couple, taking advantage of a discount with the TheFork app. We opted for the traditional menu: entree (offered), appetizers, first course, second course (cheek top) and trio of desserts. Menu cost 39 Euros, cover charge 3 (taking into account the entree and that the cutlery changes with each honest course). Good wine list. Advised
