A little old fashioned place, but in keeping with the location. Wonderful, excellent food, delicacy and research into traditional recipes, revisited with wisdom. Friendly and discreet staff. Highly recommended.

It is difficult to arrive by chance, if you are here it is because you have searched and expectations have been created. So it was for us and it was an experience we will remember. We ate very well in a quiet and refined environment in its simplicity. Two appetizers, one based on raw meat, the other with other cooked specialties, a Piedmontese first course and one Roman-inspired, both interpreted with an eclectic personality. Two mixed desserts, all accompanied by an excellent Ruche' del Monferrato. The only ordinary thing was the bill, the one you often pay for mediocre places. We felt treated well and left happy.

Locale molto carino nel centro storico di Cirié, mattoni a vista, archi, tavoli in legno e pareti di bottiglie, un ristorantino accogliente dove si possono gustare ad esempio, un sottofiletto scottato con riduzione al vermouth oppure uno gnocco alla romana con fonduta al blu di lanzo, materia prima ottima, elaborata fra tradizione e accostamenti felici con altre realtà regionali o semplicemente l’utilizzo di ingredienti che necessitano di essere pensati e studiati. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ritorneremo per provare altri piatti.

Tradition does not rhyme with immobility, as demonstrated by this restaurant which offers Piedmontese dishes "updated" from the usual approaches, without betraying. Particularly appreciated are the plin with toma fondue and turgy salami, and an excellent choice of wines, including from beyond the Alps.
