I saw the restaurant that was a bit far away from the torino. It's a town tucked behind the airport, which, unless you're a local or a hiking person i doubt, would have passed by.
But i felt like going for a little adventure, and i headed there. Now pasta with veal ragu? Absolutely delightful. Red wine braised cheek? Melts in the mouth and desserts were simply the best way to end the day.
A place i can confidently say it is worth traveling to the town for. An honest jem of a place.

A truly amazing culinary experience! The restaurant offers dishes of the highest quality, with attention to every detail. Everything we tasted was fresh and delicious, but the real star for me was the Piedmontese sushi: a perfect combination of Japanese tradition and local flavors, creative and absolutely successful. An explosion of flavor that I had never tried before!
Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and great customer care. I will definitely be back!

Locale molto carino nel centro storico di Cirié, mattoni a vista, archi, tavoli in legno e pareti di bottiglie, un ristorantino accogliente dove si possono gustare ad esempio, un sottofiletto scottato con riduzione al vermouth oppure uno gnocco alla romana con fonduta al blu di lanzo, materia prima ottima, elaborata fra tradizione e accostamenti felici con altre realtà regionali o semplicemente l’utilizzo di ingredienti che necessitano di essere pensati e studiati. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ritorneremo per provare altri piatti.
