Good but for someone like me who is used to making desserts of all kinds.... A slice of skimpy cake for 7 euros is unacceptable.

As a vegan, the entrance with the fridge on display is devastating BUT the experience is significantly improved thanks to the competent and kind waiters, especially one, and the much appreciated pizza! Thanks for letting me see Sky 203!!

I went to this place for Valentine's Day dinner. Nice, well looked after place, a little narrow but oh well you can't want everything from life. Friendly and attentive waiters. Excellent high quality food. The only flaw is the price... 1 kg of rib eye 150 euros... Being used to going to Florence I can say that the price is very high Having said that, it is still a place I would return to I can't give 5 stars because the Price left a lot to be desired (in fact many people complained after paying)

The food is really very good and varied but unfortunately on Saturday evenings they are really badly organized, you have an hour/an hour and a half to eat (unfortunately it's made for business), too bad! The waiters are splendid, kind, friendly, welcoming and very patient, if you are lucky enough to be served by Tomas you are in for a treat! On the contrary, for female waitresses, especially the cashier, this job is not for everyone! We also stopped by on a Friday evening and the atmosphere was definitely better, always crowded but the guys are always fantastic! (and I say this as a woman).

Well-trained and polite staff especially with the place almost full of customers and special thanks to Thomas for his welcome and availability during the evening. Nice place, great for watching sports and good food.

Recommended for the food but the frenzy of the waiters running between the tables and rushing onto the tables to take orders and giving away their data to read a menu is really annoying!!!!

Bonter

02/03/2025: Bonter is a great place to have a drink in Palermo! We ordered the Bronx, Cosmopolitan, Paloma and White Lady - all of them were perfectly prepared, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. You can see that the bartenders know their profession and take care of every detail. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, the service is nice, smiling and professional, and the prices are reasonable for such good quality. An additional advantage is the ability to play your own music from a record player, which adds a unique atmosphere to the place. We also got free crispy chips with our drinks. If you're looking for a cool bar in Palermo, Bonter is the way to go. I definitely recommend it!
