We spent a wonderful evening at this place, where in summer, dining al fresco allows you to enjoy a beautiful sunset and a magical atmosphere. The menu offers refined dishes and unique pairings, but without distorting the raw ingredients, which are entirely sourced locally. The excellent wine list ranges from sparkling wines to still wines to dessert wines, all selected from Umbrian and Tuscan wineries, showcasing local excellence. Overall, everything was excellent: value for money, food, and service, which is attentive and friendly, without being too aloof or overbearing. A small restaurant, operated by a family passionate about Tuscany. The view is exceptional. The food is very good.

The day we visited there was a heavy rain, thunder and storm, but we were able to enjoy delicious food and a beautiful space that made the bad weather seem unimpressive. We ordered a course meal for dinner, which was very filling and every dish was delicious, so we were very satisfied. The owner is an immigrant, so he speaks fluent English, which was reassuring.

Delicious food! Italian, but different!

Excellent lunch, we were there for a wedding. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the managers were excellent, we suffered a bit too much heat but it was worth it anyway.

Absolute must! Chef Boet Berendsen provides a real Fine Dining experience! The chef or his partner will personally come to your table to tell you in detail what is on your plate. They work with local products and suppliers. The view with sunset makes your evening complete.

Boy what a surprise: just speaking Dutch, well I mean flat. Boet and Lieke the owners. Sweet host and hostess. They know what they are talking about! I loved it, 4 course menu with delicious wines!!
