Perfect food! I tried salmon with coffee and it was a nice experience. Salmon well cooked and crispy outside, very soft inside. Wine menu is wide and nice. Staff is very friendly and nice. Sometimes service is slow or they are forgetting some meals but its because of busyness and you will forget about it when you get your food. Only suggestion to restaurant can be prepare salads according to order. We ordered salad and it made probably couple of hours ago and put in fridge. Its still fresh and ok but salad started becoming black and looking loose. Totally recommend in general.

Homemade pasta and truly excellent quality fish. I recommend the lobster dish of the day, truly excellent! The swordfish also melted in your mouth. Very fresh fish.

We went last night to this wonderful place recommended to us by a local girl. Welcoming and helpful, excellent food. I've been on vacation for several days, and this is the only place I'll remember because everything was truly excellent. Recommended!

The unique taste of Salento's seafood ❣️ Two truly significant words that trace the history of this restaurant: dispensa (dispenser) and raccomandati (recommended) (not to be confused 🤣). Its origins are linked to the mission of the Church of Santa Maria de Raccomandatis, the Madonna from whom local sailors sought advice for fishing and their families. At the same time, meals were dispensed for the poor. Exquisite appetizers, quality first courses, and a choice of swordfish and fried fish as main courses. 10/10

We ate divinely! The fish was very fresh and full of flavor - truly delicious. The value for money is excellent, hard to find elsewhere. The service? Simply impeccable: kindness, attention and professionalism at the top. Everything perfect, from every point of view. Rating: 10 out of 10. Congratulations! 👏🐟🍷

09/07/2025: We were welcomed and guided by Danilo in a precise and highly professional manner. He explained the dishes and answered all our questions. He was very particular about the dishes he offered, which were a unique and unmistakable experience. In the end, we enjoyed them so much that we stocked up on his delicacies.
08/07/2025: The entire menu is meticulously crafted. I was initially reluctant to try their new cured fish dish. But then I was convinced, it was truly delicious. Danilo exudes passion and knowledge from every pore. Highly recommended.
