The difference is a family business that cannot be placed in a single category... it is at the same time a high-level food shop, a niche gastronomy, a modern bistro, a family-run shop with a family atmosphere, a modern bar/wine bar, a wine shop with laboratory... the difference must be tried and lived... it is a happy and lustful experience... BUT the very high quality of the products and dishes are not even remotely close to the beauty of the family who, with sweat, sacrifice, dedication and joy, carry forward this project every day.. but they will pass this on to you when you go to visit them..

Truly a hidden gem in Rome. Owners are super welcoming and caring. Burata was amazing.

I absolutely loved the meat & cheese boards. The deviled eggs were different but that's what we came for. Our server was also very nice. Definitely a must try. 👍🏽

It's really delicious. The ingredients are delicious and the cooking is good. You can also drink wine. A lot of local people come. We tried the cheese board and bought some delicious cheese. Vacuum? If you ask, they will vacuum pack it so it's easy to take with you on an airplane.

Mi esposo y yo seguimos la recomendación de la foodie italiana Katie Parla de almorzar aquí. ¡Estaba en el lugar! Este lugar es maravilloso. Es un delicatessen con un restaurante adjunto. Para obtener el menú en inglés, solo tienes que escanear el código QR. Había una serie de opciones de sándwich, que se veían muy bien. Ambos sándwiches fueron ordenados estaban deliciosos. El mío tenía coppicola con berenjena y mi marido tenía jamón con cebolla salteada y un buen queso maloliente. La gente que dirige el restaurante es tan amable y extrovertida.
