After a disastrous experience in a nearby restaurant we thought we wouldn’t be able to have dinner, instead the staff was extremely friendly and we had a very pleasant evening.

In the heart of Ancona, just steps from the historic port. A welcoming restaurant that perfectly blends traditional and modern Marche cuisine. All the food was truly excellent, and since there were three of us, we were able to sample appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, trying to diversify and try as many different dishes as possible. What was even more delightful, however, was the attentiveness and kindness of the staff, who made our evening a truly enjoyable one.

We eat there at 7:30 pm.
The room fills up quickly.
The dishes are very carefully prepared, using local produce.

La Degosteria is a lovely place, where you eat well and feel pampered by the entire staff. I recommend it because it's a true experience. The wide variety of dishes offered, some traditional, others contemporary, in the truest sense of the word. The place is tastefully decorated and welcoming. The staff is kind and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable about the dishes and the service.
They offered us a welcome glass of prosecco, along with several varieties of homemade bread, delicious, to enjoy with a little olive oil on the plate, and, finally, a cube of creamy cheese served with cherry jam, delicate and innovative.
For my first course, I ordered a tuna carbonara, which is served with the ingredients on the plate to be stirred in, and the customer has to do it; I found it original!
Among the desserts, there are other treats, including the degustamisú, a very special tiramisu that, in addition to being made with ladyfingers and coffee (in gelatin form), is also coated with white chocolate as if it were an ice cream coating. A must try! Congratulations, and see you next time!

Este es un excelente restaurante, todo lo que pueda desear, excelente comida, muy buen servicio, ambiente maravilloso. No puedo hablar muy bien de este restaurante, situado en el centro histórico de Ancona, no podría recomendar este restaurante demasiado.

Consigliato se alla ricerca di qualcosa di più elaborato in zona Ancona centro. Piatti un po' più elaborati, non le solite "banalità" con prezzi ancora accessibili (naturalmente non è una trattoria).
