Experience not to be missed!
From the welcome to the bill, everything was a real pleasure.
The attention to detail is perceived right from the mise en place, while the entrée, accompanied by a local sparkling wine, perfectly introduces the gastronomic experience.
The passion of the boys emerges in every aspect, from the selection of raw materials to the search for combinations in the chef's dishes.
A good, well-stocked cellar, with an excellent representation of Marche wines and bubbles, rightly enhancing the local area.
Every time I return to Ancona, it will be a real pleasure to visit you and have a chat with the friendly and highly knowledgeable Danilo. Thanks again

I had lunch in this pleasant place. The food is well prepared, the dishes are tasty from the starter to the main courses. Excellent desserts. Good assorted cellar. Simple service but expressed with education, professionalism and kindness. I certainly recommend it.

Welcomed with a smile and helpfulness, immediately very nice, smart and professional. The food arrived quickly and cooked to perfection, I highly recommend the tuna Carbonara which is a perfect mix of Italian tradition with a twist towards Japan. A wonderful experience that I hope to repeat soon

Tonno con tartufo : incomprensibile . Colpa pure mia nello scegliere ma il menù antipasti propone ora accostamenti pesce formaggi o yogurt a me incomprensibili
Stoccafisso : patate meravigliose . Seghetto molto buono . Stocco poco (3 pezzetti ) e con cottura non terminata .
Dessert: tortino molto molto buono
Servizio : non chiedono feedback dopo ogni piatto. Non passavano per chiedere se avevano bisogno e neppure cercavano lo sguardo / controllo del nostro tavolo (forse una zona non di passaggio).

In vacanza ad Ancona stiamo stati a cena in questo ristorante su suggerimento di conoscenti. L'ambiente, il servizio e le proposte ci sono particolarmente piaciute. Fortunatamente abbiamo potuto prenotare anche per il cenone di fine anno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Complimenti per tutto: dai piatti che si capisce essere frutto di entusiasmo e voglia di innovazione, dal servizio amichevole ma professionale, dall'atmosfera in generale. Complimenti. Consigliato!

Very nice and well-kept place, friendly staff. Suitable for quiet and elegant dinners or lunches. Very good food both meat and fish. Challenging cost but the freshness of the products justifies the price. The turbot and the mushroom tortelli were the top dishes for me (I don't know about the starters since I didn't take them). Compliments.

When I'm in Ancona I always have dinner at DegOsteria. The environment is well looked after, with the possibility of eating both inside and outside. The welcome is always warm, the staff very polite and helpful. Moving on to the menu, you can taste both land and sea dishes, I tried both and was extremely satisfied with the care taken in the plating and the refinement of the flavours.
