A pleasant discovery, really compliments! Starting from the friendly staff but also capable of introducing the dishes properly! From the kitchen to the dining room there is harmony.
The dishes are super renewed and modern but all with a particular story starting from the first bites to the dessert.
Intimate and delicate atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal as it should be!
I am really satisfied and I can't wait to be able to return and try other dishes! Especially having discovered that the menu changes from time to time!!
My palate certainly can't wait!
Thanks to Alessia who was in the dining room and served us and especially to Nadia who managed to represent the dishes perfectly also a touch of sympathy and thanks also to the chef whose name unfortunately I didn't ask, but fantastic!

Nadia and Gaetano are a winning couple at work and in love. The same love they put into the kitchen. Not a restaurant, but a delicious, warm and welcoming theater with red curtains and gray walls, with strictly soft Italian music. Very well researched and studied dishes! Excellent technique and raw materials! Did we have a great time in a restaurant within a restaurant or in a theater within a theater? Thank you!

We had dinner during the Tutto Food fair and we have to say that it was an experience that truly exceeded our expectations. We tried several restaurants in the city during our stay, but this one beats them all for quality, attention to detail and originality of the dishes. Each course was well-prepared, balanced and surprising, with authentic flavours but modern presentations. Impeccable service, trained and welcoming staff. A place that absolutely deserves to be discovered (and rediscovered!). We will definitely be back!

A dinner that turns into an experience thanks to surprising cuisine and impeccable service. The chef deserves a standing ovation: each dish is thoughtful, balanced, with combinations that tell of technique, passion and identity. In the dining room, the service is on par with the cuisine: professional, attentive but never intrusive, with a courtesy that makes you feel like a real guest and not just a customer. This restaurant leaves its mark and best represents what catering should be today. Well done, really!

We returned after two years for the fair and were pleased to find the same owners, always kind, helpful and friendly. We noticed the change of chef and we can say that the direction is the right one: the food is definitely better, with carefully prepared, original and really well-executed dishes. “La Cucina” remains the only restaurant in the city that is really worth it during the days of the fair in Rho. If you want to make a good impression on colleagues or clients, don’t look elsewhere: here you eat well, you feel good and you leave satisfied. Congratulations!

We tried this restaurant for the first time and what can I say... we were surprised to have this quality close to home. The dishes are very elaborate with many preparations that justify the cost of the tasting menu. Great service and friendly managers. Thank you!

Sicuramente un locale particolare, molto intimo.
Menù curato, con piatti interessanti. Eccezionale il risotto, forse migliorabile la giovenca, ma comunque buona. Anche la cantina molto completa, dí consultazione non proprio immediata dal tablet fornito. Si vede che è un locale che punta in alto: c’è sicuramente passione e capacità, soprattutto in cucina.

Oramai siamo habitué di questo locale a Rho dove il patron Gaetano si è spostato dalla sala alla Cucina in un ritorno trionfale di gusto e pietanze . Menù invernale e siamo stati a provare il percorso vegetariano "Verdisio" . Ci fanno accomodare e ci portano la carta delle acque , ancora usanza poco diffusa ma che qui applicano da un po' , scegliamo una particolare acqua minerale frizzante di Armani molto leggera . A seguire carta dei vini da cui selezioniamo un ottima etichetta . Si parte coi benvenuti dello Chef fra i quali il tipico spiedino di nervetti , olive e lupini alla campana ,le crocchette , la loro lisca di pesce finta in nuova versione ed un particolarissimo campari sferificato . Si parte con un antipasto che è da loro storico il non è un gelato un versione rivisitata della mozzarella in carrozza servito su stecco in stile gelato . Segue un piatto che non ho timore di definire un'autentica delizia la loro pasta,pane e pomodoro una leccornia con un sugo classico che ti cattura . Segue il loro piatto signature il Risotto Giallo che ora presentano in una veste più leggera rispetto all'origine ma che mantiene intatte le fragranze originali , hanno solo cambiato il riso passando un eccellente Riserva San Massimo . Segue il secondo chiamato "l'orto bio" un tripudio di verdure in vari tipi di cotture . Passiamo ora al dessert la Torta di Mandorle una vera squisitezza . Si conclude con un ottimo caffè , io adoro il loro nocciolino e le immancabili coccole finali . Se volete un'esperienza autentica questo locale è un must . Consigliato .
