Very welcoming environment in a villa on the hills of Senigallia. Everything very well-kept, precise and clean. The owner, Massimo, together with his wife chef Susy, and his daughters who serve at the tables have created a place, a truly beautiful restaurant, top and truly to try and try again. The menu varies, and each time it is an incredible discovery and an explosion of emotions and unique and fantastic flavors. I propose some photos of the appetizers, special and delicious with the savory tiramisu filo pastry and coffee crumble which was a dish that made us say wow, even the other things were not less. Then, the exceptional discovery of the first course, tagliolini with red berries with clams and olives, SUPERLATIVE, truly too good, delicacy and unique combination of flavors, compliments and who can forget them. Then the second course: black and white sesame sea bass with pecorino cream and mint courgettes, here too you couldn't have wished for or tasted anything better, finally the desserts always prepared by Susy which worthily conclude the splendid dinner.
