la cucina di sofi In Ravello

Best food experience here! We spotted the lasagna in the display case as we walked by and circled back a few minutes later. So glad we did! We ate at one of the tables outside and after we were finished my wife went back inside to rave about how good our lunch was. Turns out that a sweet older woman (maybe Sofi ??) took credit for creating our lunch. I call this a don't miss it if you ever get to Ravello.

We were a group of 8 people and we went to dinner at this wonderful family-run place. The mother is the cook and her daughter is the waitress, they really made us very special. For me personally, my mother had a good baked Dorada, it was super good. We ate very well and had a great time. We have had a very good experience.

We didn't find it as terrible as many report. But the prices are awesome. A 0.4 liter beer for €10 - it's a bargain at Oktoberfest. In general, the motto here seems to be: half a portion for twice the price. And the service - well, not exactly great, but okay. No recommendation from us…

Gran comida muy recomendable Tomamos el filete, pasta y pizza todo estaba muy bueno. Buen servicio y buen lugar tranquilo. Volveré otra vez.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this restaurant. My family and I have been coming every summer to Ravello and eating at high end restaurants for dinner and quick eats for lunch. From the variety of restaurants in the village itself, this is my kids and my favorite lunch spot. The food price and prorations are average for the area, however the food here taste so much better. Honestly, I think the center restaurants are just serving microwaveable food, whereas La Cucina Di Sofi is family run and the cooking is made in the kitchen. I love the family vibe and walking away feeling good that we have somehow contributed to the local businesses. 3 course meal for me and my two boys came out to be €90 (very reasonable)

Very good restaurant if you want to taste a real italian food made in a chill place. The waiter is experienced, also the order came fast. I can recomand it
