I attended the amateur pastry making techniques course.
Chef Daniele, who deserves five (and more) stars, is the spearhead of this course, in fact he demonstrates that he has knowledge, experience and professionalism, what makes him even more special are his friendliness, but above all his ability to to teaching.
His teachings and advice, despite it being an amateur course, allowed me to learn many new notions about basic pastry making techniques. Really good!!!
The missing star, however, is unfortunately due to flaws in the organization of the school. The course started months late, it is difficult to get responses to emails and telephone calls, the handouts with the various recipes only arrived at the end of the course despite reminders, the hat and certificate are not delivered despite being mentioned in the description of the course course and one lesson was combined with the single course on baking cakes, with the result of having a very confusing class with about fifteen people.
Other than that, recommended!
