I tried this restaurant for the first time for lunch during the week. I have to say that the first impression I got was of a welcoming and very busy place, given the practically full dining room. Despite this, they seated us right away.
We opted for Altamura bread bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes as an appetizer, followed by the classic hamburger with a side of baked potatoes (very soft and tasty).
I must say that the deli counter was also very rich and inviting.
I must say that we were satisfied, and I'd like to give a shout out to the Altamura loaf of bread they serve as soon as you sit down—you can't believe how delicious it is!
As for the service, the girls were friendly, but if I may say so, for a place like this that highlights the traditions of a country like Puglia, the staff should be a little more cheerful and enthusiastic, compared to what you might perceive from outside as customers.
There's plenty of seating outside, too.
Overall, it's recommended and we'll be back 😉
