A beautiful, very unique restaurant. The menu is very limited, with two appetizers, two first courses, a good selection of meats, and an excellent wine list. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat truly excellent meat. The prices are average for the area. We had a 350-gram slice of chickpea roll for €8 per 100g, a slice of Baltic Friesian steak for €7.50 per 100g, a gnocco alla sorrentina for €400, an appetizer for two, a bottle of good Chianti for €370, a water, two Cokes, two coffees, and for four of us, two partners, we spent €233. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat excellent meat and sip an excellent bottle of wine.

Very nice welcoming location, menu with few choices, many types of wine but I think it is not suitable for this type of place, I chose a wine on the 18 euro menu but it wasn't there I took a superior wine with a higher cost, I think that if a wine or dish is not there it should be removed from the menu, then a cutting board for 2 a little expensive and a cheese cutting board for 2 + water without the fork discount even if I booked with the 20% discount but it was not applied ..... paid 81 and for 2 I think a bit expensive for this price adding perhaps something you can eat fish without any worries .... I'm sorry but the place would be more of a trattoria given the meat dishes .... thanks

Beautiful location but difficult to find if you're unfamiliar with it.
The restaurant has a lovely veranda with large windows that flood it with light. I think there's outdoor seating in the summer because of the large garden. There's not much to choose from because the restaurant relies on seasonal produce, so it's best to ask about the daily specials. The cold and hot appetizers are plentiful and varied.
The Genovese steak was truly excellent, and we split it just to taste it.
We chose meat for our main course and weren't disappointed.
The Chiarina was tender and the Danish was tasty.
Wide selection of wines.
Excellent service, with a reasonable wait between courses.
The price paid reflects
the value of the meal.
Very good.

It pains me to write this review because this place was special to me. Before its renovation (having been there several times), the food was top-notch with a wide selection of all dishes. Unfortunately, today, despite my attempts to explain my opinion on the overall "change" of the place at the end of the meal, the owner has taken a somewhat stern approach (it must have been due to the amount of work and a particular Sunday). Specifically, I can say that nowadays you eat less and spend more (my experience), and in any case, we are talking about a Sunday restaurant with basic products and especially meat-based dishes. I don't want to talk about the prices, but based on the bill, the culinary offerings should be reviewed again. However, the most important thing for me was the change in mood of the place. Before, the customer was "pampered" and the service was attentive and impeccable (obviously, on a bad Sunday, things can happen), but I felt that that magic was no longer there, in my opinion.
