La Cucina del Ghianda In Firenze

Fantastic meal, one of the best pasta dishes I had in Florence. Simple, good ingredients prepared perfectly. Hidden gem.

I finally managed to try this place, intrigued by the furnishings and the photos of the menu that I occasionally saw on Instagram, and I was as satisfied as I thought! It's one of those places I like, welcoming, which makes you feel at home, with cute furnishings and a really super kind and friendly staff. I tried the really excellent lasagna alla Sorrentina and as a tiramisu lover, I've eaten so many around, but this was one of the best I've ever eaten, really well done! I will definitely be back to try much else that inspired me on the menu!

We stayed in Florence for about a month and this was our favourite restaurant. Friendly staff and delicious pasta. The menu rotates but the lasagna and tagliatelle with duck ragu were some of my favourite bites in Florence. Also very children friendly.

I hadn't been here for a couple of years and I did very well. I ate very well, first course and dessert. Courtesy, kindness and friendliness of the staff and also good taste in recommending dishes. The tongue crostini and the crème caramel were highly appreciated. Excellent quality-price!

We managed to book a table for 2 at the last minute on a Saturday evening, and had a wonderful evening at Aghianda. Recommended by a native friend as one of the few "taverns" in the center that preserve the authentic spirit of the city, we ate well, spent the right amount (not much for being in the center of Florence) and enjoyed the friendly and family atmosphere conveyed by the dining room staff. Notes of great merit to both the first ones tasted: tomato soup and strigoli sausage-wild fennel. Well done!

We are 4/5 friends who occasionally meet for lunch at Aghianda which never disappoints, now also Pastiera and it's not easy to find it so good. Always good everyone, thank you

Più che due indizi fanno una prova, in questo caso due prove fanno un giudizio. E avendo cenato qui due volte nell'arco di poche settimane, con compagnie diverse, ho constatato una soddisfazione generale per l'esperienza. Va detto che ad essere favoriti, qui, sono i carnivori, per la varietà di proposte interessanti, soprattutto a base di maiale. E io non faccio parte della categoria. Però io pure me la sono cavata bene, una volta deviando sugli antipasti (puntarelle e sformatino di verdura) e su un robusto piatto di tortelli ripieni di formaggio, la seconda partendo con la ribollita - ben fatta - e passando poi alla specialità della casa (il "quinto quarto" mi piace, a differenza del resto delle carni. Stranezze...), la lingua cotta a lungo e affumicata con un puré di patate mantecate. Tutto veramente buono. come, a giudizio dei miei commensali, i diversi piatti di pasta provatiCucina dal taglio casalingo in un ambiente che invece lascia spazio a un pizzico di eleganza moderna, che - ho visto - attira cospicue tavolate di colleghi di lavoro in festa e di studenti americani (il che può rendere l'ambiente un po' chiassoso, a una certa ora). Considerando una piccola porzione di dolci (buoni) non da tutti ordinati, il conto ha oscillato nei due casi fra i 28 e i 34 euro. Porzioni di taglia giusta, servizio cortese. Ci si può ritornare.

Buono il mangiare americano. Molti stranieri personale super gentile e prezzi onesti. Perché non ho dato 5 stelle? Perché alla prenotazione alla domanda se potevo mangiare senza glutine mi era stato detto che potevo mangiare il tacchino ecc. invece ho dovuto ordinare slka carta. Ma tutto buono
