I'd been there months ago, when it was called "Cucina del Ghianda," and I'd had a great time, so I returned last Wednesday with a friend. I found myself in a completely different place. Run by young, enthusiastic people, the service was excellent, and the cuisine was different from before, but still traditional Tuscan. Compliments to the chef for the Peposo. Good value for money, and the atmosphere was a bit retro-relaxing. We waited to be seated because I hadn't booked, but it was worth it. Next time, I'll book early.

Locale carino,informale.Personale competente e cordiale.Salumi,crostini alla toscana e timballino di verdure come antipasto.Mailino,lingua,salmone e polpette.Tra i dolci segnalo la torta al cioccolato.Tutto molto buono con rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato

Después de disfrutar del almuerzo aquí (por recomendación de un lugareño) , mi amigo y yo volvimos a cenar. Fue maravilloso. Buena comida, excelente servicio y sin prisas. Muchos lugareños cenan aquí. Sin duda volvería!

27/07/2025: My boyfriend and I had a wonderful meal. The food was truly excellent, and the staff was kind and very friendly. The price was more than fair. In the midst of frenetic Florence, it was a pleasant and relaxing break. We'll definitely be back.
25/07/2025: We stumbled upon this osteria thanks to a kind recommendation from a Florentine. Excellent value, authentic service, and a truly Tuscan welcome! A traditional restaurant, not yet overwhelmed by mass tourism. Super delicious, super convenient, just 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore, right in the city center. In addition to the menu, there's also a daily menu featuring different dishes. Wide selection, highly recommended!! I'll be back 😊
