€75 for a lemon tartare cake and coffee!!!!Shocked by the deceptive pricing at this "historic" establishment. After being served a lemon tart, we were informed that cutting it (a basic service) incurred an additional charge—only after it arrived at our table.
Our total for one slice of cake + a cappuccino reached €75. For that price, not petty upcharges and poor communication.

At 8:15 I sit down to have breakfast in a quiet spot. At eight thirty the music speaker turns on and despite my protests the director tells me that his hands are tied, he can't do anything, because this is a decision made at the top. He even reproaches me for having to get up very early, as if I had woken him up.

Historic pastry shop in Milan. We stopped here for a "coffee break" with friends and took advantage of the large selection of pastries offered. This is, after all, a historic pastry shop that will not disappoint expectations. Location that reveals its history, large inside, but which offers an outdoor area for hot days. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee is good, as is the small pastry shop we tried. An excellent choice for those passing through Corso Genova!

The Cucchi pastry shop is a very valuable pastry shop in the center, where you can choose from a vast variety of desserts and pastries.
We had breakfast at the table and I must say that the bill in the end was high, but in my humble opinion for these 3 points:
1) quality of the café and pastry shop
2) quality of service
3) central location.
So for those 3 points just mentioned the prices are absolutely correct in my opinion.
