The staff were really helpful, especially Elisa, who was very kind.

Mini pastries were very good and fresh, old but cozy environment. Updated: it is very very expensive. You can find same things more fresh and cheaper prices. One of the waiter was super rude about speaking English. I dont understand why but half of their customers are tourists.

Wonderful panettone! The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the service. The waiters are very unfriendly.

This is not just a "caffe". This is something special. In the morning they have an extensive selection of sweets, both cakes and pastries, all delicious. The Panettone is a house specialty. You should not miss it! They do have some kind of sandwiches, if you prefer to stay away from sugar. You can complement your caffe with all these. In the evening, these tend to disappear, but their place is taken by small selection of appetizers, that make a good team with a 5 o'clock tea. Just wonderful! The waiters - the whole personnel, to be more precise - are dressed in style, all very friendly and very competent, because these are not your average servers. Reminds you of some high-class restaurant. Shocker! The prices are even lower than fast-food places we've been in the city. The only bad thing I can say about Cucchi is there are a lot of tables outside, but you have to wait to get a seat, because there are always a lot of customers around and you can see why :) We went 3 times here and if I come back to Milan, this is one of the places I'll visit.

Thanks to Marrinella she is nice and very helpful, we appreciate the service she provided us We were staying in the building next to the cafe and each time we enter she was the only one who notices us and approach us for service although she is behind the sweets bar. The food is nice i asked for some items not on the menu and the kitchen were happy to prepare it , i enjoyed the coffee too as i am picky in coffee it was nice.
