One of the best restaurants in which I have had lunch and to which I am very happy to return, not only for the refinement in taste but also for the hospitality. Every dish is valorised, every raw material is respected, every dish is an emotion. And thanks to Mauro, who does his job with elegance and professionalism.

I had dinner here on Valentine's Day: the gnocchi, the scottona and the mascarpone and chocolate dessert were fabulous. Fabulous venue and super helpful and professional staff. Super recommended!

The temple of vegetarians, despite being a renowned restaurant known for the quality of its meat. If I had to make a ranking I would place Cuccagna in the first places where we vegetarians can have lunch or dinner feeling at ease without being considered second class. Optimal !!!!

Una settimana fa siamo stati a cena in questo famoso locale di Crispiano . Arredamento buono , VOTO 8 Gentilezza del personale, ottima , VOTO 9 Antipasti , eccezionali , in particolare un uovo con latte e funghi da urlo , VOTO 9 Secondo di carne molto molto buona , VOTO 9 Melanzane a lista delle con aceto , VOTO 10 Conto in linea con la qualità , VOTO 7.5 CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!

09/03/2025: One of my favorite restaurants ever! After years, I returned and nothing has changed; in fact, the quality has even improved. The best cod I've ever tasted: tall and tender, prepared to perfection. As a backdrop, escarole with pine nuts and raisins, delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is truly welcoming, the result of the impeccable and passionate management of Fabrizio and his family. You can perceive particular attention to the customer and a true passion for cooking in every detail. “Garibaldi” is an authentic jewel of Apulian gastronomy. I can't wait to go back!

24/02/2025: We are historical customers of this delicious restaurant, since the first location in Martina Franca! "La Cueva" is a certainty: the quality of the food, the raw materials, the impeccable service, the courtesy of the staff makes us return often and never disappoints us. In the hot appetizers, new compared to the previous time, I really appreciated the mini burgers with stracciatella and jam: AN EXQUISITE GEM!
