Una settimana fa siamo stati a cena in questo famoso locale di Crispiano . Arredamento buono , VOTO 8 Gentilezza del personale, ottima , VOTO 9 Antipasti , eccezionali , in particolare un uovo con latte e funghi da urlo , VOTO 9 Secondo di carne molto molto buona , VOTO 9 Melanzane a lista delle con aceto , VOTO 10 Conto in linea con la qualità , VOTO 7.5 CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!

A treat. Melting veal with its creamy and light wine sauce. Friendly, relaxed, efficient service. Beautiful presentation of the dishes. Very affordable wine prices. Excellent cuisine, I order in this city which is not at all touristy. Worth a detour. Speaks French perfectly.

05/01/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant during a family trip to Puglia and we can only recommend it. Excellent appetizers as well as the pizza, very light and digestible. Even those who took the meat were satisfied. Fast and attentive service and truly competitive quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back.
17/12/2024: Good pizza with timed reservation, do not expect excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. The look has also been recently renovated with the opening of additional seating areas.

01/01/2025: Gianluca's pizza is TOP, the service is very quick to also guarantee a good turnover of people seated.
28/12/2024: There's no need to beat around the bush: it's the best pizza I've ever eaten so far! I went yesterday for the first time and chose a pink-based pizza with rocket, cherry tomatoes, stracciatella and capocollo. Perfection ✨. Super inviting menu and fast and efficient service. We also tasted the desserts (pizza with Nutella and deconstructed cannoli): delicious!
