Truly an excellent experience. We had a wonderful time. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always attentive. The cuisine is refined and meticulously prepared, without ever betraying tradition. The wine list also deserves special mention: certainly one of the best selections in the region and in Puglia, extensive and original. The owners' passion is evident. It's a true hidden gem of Puglia, perhaps off the beaten track and off the beaten path, but definitely worth a visit. A tip: ask to visit the wine cellar; it's stunning and makes the experience even more special. A place to return to with pleasure. Congratulations to the entire staff!

Very welcoming place and a trattoria with meat specialties both from the stove and grilled, but also excellent starters and desserts, everything perfect. Professional service, excellent choice of wines, the products are fresh local in the cooked dishes, served very well. It is a farm that I have known for a long time and that is always improving, moreover the awards it has testify to this, but it goes far beyond expectations.
