La Cucaracha In Roma

I had dinner last night with my colleagues at this restaurant. The location is really cute, perfectly Mexican-style, both in terms of the colors and the decorations on the walls. The restaurant is in a great location in Rome! The space was a bit small, but the service was excellent; everyone was very kind and attentive to our needs, but above all, the food was fast, too. We ate several dishes. The only flaw was that nothing was particularly spicy (which I expected for a Mexican restaurant)! Recommended dishes: traditional nachos and burritos. The margarita, which is served in a pitcher and then poured into glasses rimmed with salt, is also interesting! The prices are a bit high in my opinion, but in line with other Mexican restaurants.

A little bit of Mexican in the heart of Rome! Fabulous choice of food and friendly service. Excellent value for money and nice cold beers!

What can I say, simply amazing!

Delicious food. Great variety. Friendly and helpful staff.

Authentic place (also offers Tex-Mex), beautiful and well-kept, that makes me feel like I'm in Mexico. The staff, although rushed, welcomes you in a genuine and sweet manner; the waitresses are all women and are infinitely sweet. The place is frequented by many Mexican locals, which says it all. The guacamole, sour cream, and cheese they use are delicious. The nachos are spectacular and homemade, but I didn't like the quesadillas, which are still good. The mixed fajita platter is also beautiful, tasty, and fun to put together. The dessert is a little less so, but overall everything is perfect. I think the price is fair. They also have shows every now and then. Highly recommended.

A true Mexican restaurant. Excellent food. The decor is very distinctive, and the staff is friendly and local. We ordered almost everything from the menu, and it was all superb. The nachos are homemade, and you can taste the difference, both in the taste and in the approach of the staff and chef. Unheard of Mexican beers. A must-try.

A typical Mexican restaurant, almost family-run, offering quality products and attentive, friendly service. Prices are perhaps a little high for what they offer, but their margarita is definitely worth trying.

Amazing food! The ladies are so kind and always smiling. A very quaint place full of colors... you walk in and feel like you're on vacation... in Mexico!!!! Amazing desserts. Quality and abundance! When I left, I already wanted to go back to try their entire menu!

¡Comida deliciosa, gente estupenda! El dueño incluso abrió el restaurante 40 minutos antes solo para darnos de comer. Comí aquí dos veces en mis vacaciones porque tenía antojo de auténtica comida mexicana.

Qualcosa è cambiato rispetto a prima. Abbiamo cenato in famiglia la sera del 26 giugno ed abbiamo trovato un servizio un po' frettoloso e poco attento e porzioni ridotte rispetto a qualche tempo fa. Soprattutto non funzionava l'aria condizionata e faceva troppo caldo all'interno. Ci tornerò ma con la speranza di trovare la qualità di prima!
