What can I say? Years of experience in the restaurant business, the staff is always the same and that already means everything! Courtesy and kindness and the quality of the food are all good! You can also find Sicilian products (homemade) suitable for tourists!

There's a nice variety of food and drinks available. Pizza, pastas, desserts, ice cream, deli items, other snacks. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Only negative - the pasta with sardines I ordered had many pieces of very dried out pasta (inedible) around the edges, probably from when it was heated in microwave.

I hadn't been there for a while but I remembered the food was good... we had breakfast but at the end I complimented them on the good price.

A very large selection of sweets, reasonable prices, and plenty of seating. On the downside, the desserts and cakes we ordered (raffaello, tiramisu) were simply frozen.

Good as a pastry shop, a little less so as a restaurant because it doesn't offer a wide selection of dishes...always the same, like the side dishes that have been the same for years, regardless of the season, like the artichokes, but always boiled broccoli, mushrooms, boiled carrots...
The staff, on the other hand, is very kind and the service is quick.

A place I've seen renovated at least three times in the last thirty years. I was sad to no longer find the bread section. Always nice and welcoming. The staff is kind and professional, with decades of experience. The quality is unquestionable, and the dessert section is particularly well-curated. The only downside at the checkout: if you're not a friend of the man or woman present, you risk receiving cold and distant treatment, with manners that are certainly not courteous or friendly. The bathroom could use some more attention in terms of amenities and hospitality.
