A place from times gone by with service and humanity from times gone by! It's raining and foggy, the place has just reopened after the holidays and given the terrible weather we are the only six customers on this winter evening. Despite this, the place is well heated, well set up and very clean. Unpretentious quality food from Masterchef, a husband and wife who prepare the food on the spot with a wide choice of dishes.
Thick walls, there is no Wi-Fi or even a signal. Relax, leave your thoughts outside and even your cell phone. Honest prices and a chat with the cook complete the evening. But, to come here, you must have eyes to see…

We went for lunch today for my daughter's graduation party. We had a wonderful time, excellent food and generous portions, I received compliments on the choice of restaurant. Patrizia the owner is exquisitely kind and very nice. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

“Excellent experience! Welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and dishes with attention to the smallest details with fresh, quality ingredients. I loved the tajarin with 30 egg yolks, really delicious! Perfect for a special dinner. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!”

L’impressione che si ha è di ristoratori veri di una volta. Il servizio è gentile ma non noioso. La scelta dei piatti è ampia, nonostante la stagione fredda non consenta proprio grosse affluenze nei ristoranti. La materia prima è buona: siamo stati veramente bene. I gusti sono quelli tipici della cucina piemontese. La scelta dei vini è ampia. Il conto è onesto.

I went for lunch on two Sundays in the space of 3 weeks. Unfortunately both times the tasting menu was not available, the first time due to a table of Alpine soldiers which probably made it more difficult to manage individual orders. The second time, today, the waiters were unable to tell me the reason (!!!!), with the aggravating circumstance that many of the individual dishes on the tasting menu were not available (all the first courses and the guinea fowl). I'm perplexed, especially since the quality of the food I took was good, as was the case with the other diners' dishes, apart from a very thin fillet full of nerves (perhaps sirloin????).
After the first lunch, I had given it a second chance. Now, I don't know if I'll go back: I wasn't happy with this discrepancy between dishes on the menu and dishes actually available.

Excellent location. Excellent tables inside and outside. Very good courtesy and service. I didn't give 5 stars because the 4 desserts ordered were absolutely not up to the standard of starters, first course, second course. Place for everyone.
