Typical Piedmontese restaurant located in the central street of San Maurizio. The kitchen offers typical dishes including agnolotti or plin, vitello with tuna sauce, pancetta, artichoke salad, gnocchi etc. all in Piedmontese style. The place is simple, old-fashioned, but well-kept and clean. I really liked the entrée they offer before the dishes, i.e. courgette pancakes, very good and plentiful, as well as the complimentary chocolate at the end of the meal, which they offer even without having coffee. Friendly staff, especially the owner, fair average prices. Advise
