Eravamo un pochino spiazzati dalle ultimissime recensioni...passare da 5 a 1...non suonava corretto...E infatti abbiamo potuto constatare...che era un 5.. A noi è piaciuto tutto..la posizione..la location..la mise en place..il personale di sala...è I piatti... Signori..una ottima battuta di fassona e in quantità generosa...i tagliolini al ragù di salsiccia veramente spettacolari..anche la bollicina locale servita come accompagnamento aveva il suo perché..ottimi anche i dolci...è......quante volte vi è capitato di rovinarvi un buon pranzo o cena con un pessimo caffè..?? Beh..qui non succede...anche una cosa marginale come l espresso era di ottima qualità. Il prezzo non sarà forse economico..ma assolutamente adeguato alla qualità delle portate. Torneremo

Nelle Langhe per il week end abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante scelto per "il nome" che per la ns famiglia ha un significato. Abbiamo scelto piatti diversi all'interno del menù e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti (eravamo in 10). Ottima la carne, dalla battuta di fassona, al filetto al barolo e al vitello tonnato. E che dire dei tajerin con funghi e tartufo nero estivo? Spettacolari. Personale discreto e preparato. Ottimo il vino.
