Elegant yet familiar place. Very kind staff. Delicious food. The wonderful taierin with white truffle and the pear tartlet in Barolo are a real gem. Even the seared Fassona beef... what can I say... a masterpiece!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We spent Saturday night at this location, which was a pleasant surprise.
The Institute has a large parking lot right in front, so it's very convenient. It's a lovely place, even from the outside.
Inside, it's very well-kept; the owner who welcomed us is very helpful and kind, as is the rest of the family.
The rooms are cozy and clean.
We also had dinner, and everything was excellent; the Fassona beef cheek was exceptional. Excellent wine list.
Throughout the dinner, they were always very helpful.
In the morning, breakfast was a real surprise, from the fresh strawberries to the whole platters of delicious cured meats and cheeses.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

This is our second time dining here, and we even booked one of the rooms. The truffle menu is very good, the service is quick, the rooms are nice, and there's plenty of free parking. We'll be back.

Sunday lunch in the Langhe area. You really have to look for this place because it's on top of a hill, and in fact, I found it on Maps.
The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and the service was quick despite the large table, but they already had a separate menu.
The food was good, and the bubbles were great too.
I'm not adding the last star because the table of noisy young people ruined our lunch a bit, but that's not the owners' fault, and there weren't any other free seats in the main room.

What a lovely discovery! This weekend we had a wonderful meal with friends, and the staff was superb. We also spent the night in one of their rooms and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. We were also pampered at breakfast. We will definitely be back.
