Quaint and rustic. We were looked after by the personable and very obliging and helpful Ivan. Our visit also included a wine-tasting of biodynamic wines. Perfect for a Steiner educated family 🥰 Morizo was our wine guide who schooled us on Brunello and Rosso. We are absolute philistines and knew nothing about this type of wine. So this added to our southern hemisphere repertoire of Pinot Noir and Barossa valley reds.

A typical Tuscan 17th century farmhouse, truly enchanting immersed in the hills surrounded by expanses of vineyards. In the park there is an area equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, deck chairs and sun loungers. With some friends we also booked a wine tasting including Brunello di Montalcino. The owner, very helpful and kind. We spent a weekend in the name of peace, tranquility and love for this corner of paradise.

25/04/2025: Tutto appena discreto e qualcosa meno. Vale per i piatti che abbiamo mangiato e anche per il servizio. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti ma bisogna fare una rampa di scale per arrivarci.
23/12/2024: Cetona è un piccolo borgo molto bello e proprio sulla piazza del paese sorge questo ristorante su due livelli. Siamo stati benissimo soprattutto per i buoni consigli sui piatti da prendere e sulle porzione. Pregevoli i pici all’aglione e il brasato con il purè, il tutto bagnato da un superbo vino nobile. Il prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei cibi

08/11/2025: Exceptional grilled Florentine steak. I highly recommend it.
07/11/2025: We had dinner with a small group of six friends. We ordered first courses and steak with side dishes. The first courses with ragù were very good, although the portions were perhaps a little on the small side. Unfortunately, the meat was sinewy and not particularly flavorful, and served on a hot stone cutting board. This makes a big impression on a foreign tourist who's never seen a steak, but it's obviously a terrible idea for the meat, which continues to cook and turns into a sole in no time... The downside? The vegetable side dish, with three puny slices of zucchini and eggplant, was decidedly overpriced. The service was quite slow.
