A welcoming, charming, and friendly place. Excellent food, reasonable prices. Kudos to Simone (the owner and manager), who's always available and professional, and serves excellent food. I come to La Crocina often, and today, for Christmas, I wanted to highlight this. Kudos to everyone, and I highly recommend this place.

A lovely place, especially when it's hot. We found it by chance while we were on a motorbike excursion. It was already late, but the very kind owner sat us down and we ate some excellent tagliatelle. See you next time.

If you want to escape the chaos and heat, this is the ideal place. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the owner are its strong points. Definitely worth a try.

Found by chance while traveling along minor roads towards Casentino. Excellent cut and very friendly owner.

We were just passing by on our motorcycles when we passed this restaurant. Since we were very hungry, we turned around for lunch there. The owner, who is also the chef, welcomed us very kindly. Since it was summer heat, we sat on the shaded terrace. An older couple was already having lunch there. The chef briefly explained the house specialties to us, and after our order, we were shortly served an excellent regional lunch. We even chatted with the couple at the next table, and despite the language barrier—since we are Swiss—a friendly conversation developed. Since we were heading towards Siena, the chef (also a motorcyclist) and the couple recommended another route, which they said was more beautiful than the one I had planned. And, as we know, you should listen to local advice: so we followed that route, which turned out to be a dream road through the Tuscan hills. We will definitely be back to eat there next time we visit Tuscany.
