La Crevette In Bologna

This place is awesome! What a find. So it’s in this super fun Piazza and one of many stands that serve as both a stand (in this case they sell fresh fish) and as box restaurant serving a cooked version of the products. Now, the French name can throw you off a bit, particularly since the (exceptional) food has a strong Moroccan flair, but if you need a break from tagliatelle a tortellini, or a re craving amazing seafood in a super fun outdoor piazza environment.. this is it. We ordered a branzino right off the stand and it was grilled perfectly. But the salmon skewers with lime and pistachio crust, the seafood salad with all fresh ingredients, and the calamari in deep black squid inc sauce with sautéed peas and a touch of hot pepper had me come back today for the couscous. The only thing missing is a cookbook since I’d love to eat some of these dishes at lesser every other day.

In una zona animate da diversi piccoli locali la “pescheria con cucina” offre pochi tavoli ombreggiati dai portici della bella piazza Aldrovandi. Ampio menù di antipasti pronti da scegliere al banco. Ogni genere di pesce, di provenienza nazionale, può essere scelto e cucinato al momento. Vino buono e mescita generosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale cordiale e affabile. Tornerò senz’altro!
