The food is excellent; the cuisine is Spanish, and the waiters are very knowledgeable and skilled. The tapas are very good. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the lack of variety.

The food is delicious and well-cooked; the service is fast and attentive. In the summer, you can sit outside overlooking Piazza San Francesco.

Very nice place, good tapas. As far as I'm concerned, the price is right in relation to the offer, two of us spent €50 for 5 tapas, a non-alcoholic cocktail and 2 desserts. Courteous service.

We were in Prato for a weekend and were lucky enough to find a place at La Cova.
Maybe it's because the tapas are perfect for me in terms of quantity but they were delicious! And then it may be that the girls are almost all my namesakes but they were really friendly, affable and very fast in service.
Ah, maybe I'm crazy about sangria but 1l went down in an instant! 😂
If I ever return to Prato, I will stay here again.
PS: they don't take reservations and there is a queue, so if you don't have patience I recommend you go early!

Sono stata nuovamente in questo locale dopo esserci stata tanto tempo fa a Firenze, ed è sempre ottimo come lo ricordavo. Buone tapas e atmosfera accogliente per provare un po’ di cucina spagnola e passare una bella serata in compagnia. Sono rimasta molto sorpresa dallo stile di arredamento del locale, una bella ventata di aria fresca rispetto a prima!
