La Costiera Pesce&Vino In Roma

I had the pasta with a prawn tartare seasoned with lemon and a little chili pepper, it was delicious! You can smell the good products, well crafted and with the right, simple and very good seasoning.

As my lunch reservation was a bust, we had to walk around checking other restaurants in the area. As it was a holiday, all of them were closed until we stumbled upon this gem. We had bruschetta di mare (toasted bread with seafood topping), Impepata di cozze (Mussels with Peppers) and squid stew as starters. Then it was followed up with Polpo verace alla brace (grilled octopus), Calamaro farcito (stuffed squid), Gnocco di patate fatto in casa (gnocchi), and house made Tagliolino all'uovo fatto in casa. Excellent seafood all around and quite filling. The vino Indio was perfect to round out the meal. I really recommend that you drop by for a nice meal at La Costiera.

La Costiera is our point of reference for fish in Rome, and after yet another positive experience we feel compelled to leave this review. The selection of raw fish is truly remarkable, with very fresh fish. Gianni is always attentive and thoughtful, making every visit special with his advice. The quality-price is incredible, and even in the choice of wine Gianni knows how to guide you perfectly. The first courses such as scialatiello and, when available, spaghetti with clams are highly recommended. An experience to try!

Vicino a san Pietro... Ci siamo finiti per caso... Proposta interessante... Aperitivo con 5 assaggi di pesce e un drink a scelta a 18 euro... Personale cortese ... Gli assaggi vengono presentati uno per uno dal cameriere... Consigliatissimo

Che sorpresa!!! In una zona di Roma dove non è facile trovare qualità vista la massiccia presenza di turisti, si trova questo delizioso locale tutto sommato piccolo ma arredato in modo elegante ma non troppo formale. Cibo, pesce, di qualità assoluta servito da personale professionale e garbato. Eccezionale il crudo. Il prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Ottima anche la selezione di vini. Torneremo per apprezzare i secondi che non abbiamo avuto la fortuna di gustare. Consigliatissimo!!!
