A no-frills, no-frills place. We went for lunch and had a good meal with authentic food and excellent service, especially since there were very few people; it might be busier in the evenings. Generous, high-quality portions—more than fair value. The complimentary liqueurs and coffee were appreciated.

The only thing I didn't appreciate was the very small appetizer. The plate contained, along with the cured meats, a little cheese (a tiny portion), a spoonful of ricotta, and 1/4 of a 50g mozzarella bite. I would have gladly paid the €9 price if there had been a whole mozzarella bite and the cheese portion had been normal. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the food was good.

05/09/2025: As French people who live in Valguarnera, we ordered pizzas and trusted the shopkeepers, but in the end, instead of paying 24.50 euros, they charged us 27 euros. It was only after we got home that I realized the mistake. I don't think that's very businesslike at all. Apart from this inconvenience, the pizzas are good.

08/06/2025: Piccola rosticceria al centro di Calascibetta. Accoglienza scarsa il titolare è molto particolare ma verrete trascinati dentro dal buon odore @! Arancini superlativi direi meglio che in tanti altri posti della Sicilia ,taormina Catania Siracusa ecc ecc. Anche la pizza vi lascerà di stucco,delicata,impasto con lievitazione 48 ore leggera come una nuvola peccato i tempi di attesa . Lui ogni tanto lo sentirete urlare fa parte del suo status ma appena assagerete i suoi arancini passa tutto... Noi persone percorriamo 90 km per mangiarli ma ne vale la pena! Chef SQ
