The food is good, especially the octopus salad and the truly excellent spaghetti. The service is fast and efficient, but I strongly advise against the risotto, which was completely lacking in flavor and was swimming in too much sauce.

I've been going to eat there for many years. Everything is delicious, from the first course to the second course, the pizza, even the coffee, even the barley, everyone is friendly, from the pizza chef to the cook to the cashier Michela, always number one!

Abundant food! Many dishes, not always the perfect final result. Lots of good panpizza or focaccia sandwiches. Average pizzas, not Neapolitan style. The workers are always kind and fast, a lot like that all day long!!! The coffee and desserts never disappoint. Great success and crowded customers!

After hearing about your restaurant, which is a good reference, I decided to try it, but I was greatly disappointed. I couldn't quite determine the flavor of the tuna pizza. The service is one-star, and there's no table service, but there's a cover charge. The atmosphere is decent considering it's located in a shopping center. As they once said in a famous commercial, "try it and believe it."

Bar inside the mall, very high prices for a simple mall bar. The cappuccino was too runny and not enough foam. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just a little review of this place inside the OrioCenter shopping center, I'll start by saying we were waiting for my niece who was leaving from the airport and having a minor with us we decided to have dinner in this "atypical restaurant" we had four dishes including two risottos with seafood, a pasta with carbonara and a hamburger focaccia, what is a shame is that both the risottos and the pasta were very salty and almost inedible while the focaccia was excellent, obviously we wish the manager all the best but we won't be going back, good luck.

04/05/2025: We almost stopped by chance, on the way to Fontanella, at this trattoria which looked very modest from the outside. From the first interactions with the service staff we understood that we had landed in the "right place". Aside from the kind courtesy of those who assisted us, the dishes on the discreet menu were tasty, carefully prepared, and in some cases a little outside the otherwise limited Bergamo cuisine. For example, I would mention the tasty snails served on a bed of polenta. Too bad that in the end there was no room to enjoy one of their desserts. We will definitely be back to taste more.
01/05/2025: Nous sommes allés manger dans ce charmant petit restaurant pour Noël (7 personnes) Excellent accueil et service, produits locaux et cuisine traditionnelle. Bonne carte des vins. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, une valeur sûre !

20/09/2025: Nosh is a restaurant that combines impeccable technique, authentic care, and a rare sense of balance. The cuisine is clearly rooted in tradition, yet modernized, maintaining authenticity. Each dish is coherent and rounded on the palate, leaving a clean mouth. The risotto is, without a doubt, THE signature dish: never banal, perfectly creamed, technically impeccable, with a lightness that doesn't sacrifice depth of flavor. The meat dishes are always memorable: from the tartare to the cutlet, to the spare rib. Luca in the kitchen and Stefano in the dining room demonstrate experience, vision, and potential. The dishes speak of research, passion, and technique; while the service combines precision and customer care. Desserts also deserve special mention, for their simplicity and flavor: from the Tarte Tatin to the Chocolate Fondant, they are a fitting finale to the gastronomic journey. A dessert can't be taken for granted, even if it's simply "good," often not even in a pastry shop, let alone a restaurant. Overall, Nosh is a place where you feel at ease and where there is a willingness to integrate feedback, transforming it into personal and coherent details, which makes the experience always lively and evolving.
14/06/2025: Everything so beautiful, perfect! Every dish ordered was presented amazingly delicate, already giving such satisfaction and excitement just by looking at it. Taste, not even to mention, very delicious. And the service was so kind, absolutely to revisit!!😍😍😍
