Nice discovery in Edolo.
Welcomed into this ancient cellar and immediately pampered by the dining room staff, some intimate tables are housed inside the ancient wine decanting cisterns. Excellent cellar with wide selection of local wines.
The cuisine stands out with dishes aimed at the territory with a careful search for products from local companies.

Friendly and helpful staff. Particular environment. Really great wine and food. We booked advising that we would have a giant size dog and they reserved a quiet place for us. Absolutely recommended.

Ci siamo recate in questo ristorante inserito nella manifestazione "ristoratori Valle Camonica", sospesa per pioggia.
La proprietaria ci ha accolte con calore e anche se il menù previsto dal nostro buono pasto era più ridotto, ci ha consentito di scegliere dal menù liberamente, ovviamente saldando una piccola differenza per l' antipasto.
Abbiamo gustato degli ottimi piatti, alta qualità dei prodotti, misura nei condimenti e raffinatezza nella presentazione. Ravioli cacio e pepe, con salsa di bietola, pizzoccheri, sublimi, soufflé di silter con crema di zucca, e tortino di mele, soffice con crema di vaniglia!

Intimate, welcoming and well-kept restaurant. The large barrels on the walls are particular.
Excellent quality of ingredients and great care in the presentation of the dishes.

Excellent restaurant found by chance scrolling on maps while looking for a place along the road to Ponte di Legno to stop for dinner. Very well-kept place with walls decorated with barrels. Carefully prepared and excellent tasting dishes. Good choice of typical local dishes. Excellent value for money.

we stayed here two evenings in a row with the Val d'Arda ski club. we were about 40 people and despite this the dishes were delicious and the staff super courteous. Thank you :)
