I'm writing this review after having been there 7-8 times.
Very nice place, the owners and staff are very pleasant, kind, and friendly.
The menu changes frequently, according to the seasons.
The basic ingredients are top-quality.
Excellent meat.
One of the few restaurants where, even with elaborate dishes, I can distinguish the individual elements.

I went there today with a friend who already knew the place. I had an appetizer of snails, herbs, and mountain cheese; a first course of chestnut tagliatelle with venison ragù, all accompanied by an excellent Trentino brut. The location is quaint; we ate lunch at a small table for two set inside an old wine cistern. The service and owners were truly exquisite. I'll be back.

A quality restaurant with fair prices. They're also honest in their food. I asked if the mushrooms were fresh given the season. They honestly told me they weren't, but had been picked and slaughtered. They have local producers who supply them. The mushroom pappardelle was excellent; the first course was very good. The meat was also top-quality. The only thing I'd suggest improving is that the bread shouldn't be served with the plastic-covered breadsticks; it tastes dirty. Otherwise, the place is really nice and authentic. Highly recommended.

Really nice place - great fresh food, fast service and friendly staff. We also appreciated that we’ve been given a table 15 min before the closure!

The dishes were well-presented and tasted good, perhaps a little bland. The vegetables on the side were a no-no.
