Rooms are big and comfortable. There is the choice to cook using the kitchen provided in the room, there is an extra fee to pay for this, but I think it's worth it if it's family. The lady is nice and talkative. I was there for work so the location was not really important to me. Suggested. Prices are fair.

04/03/2025: We went to this place on a Sunday for lunch, excellent dishes especially the cacciucco alla livornese and excellent selection of local wines... we will definitely be back!
