Este es un restaurante al que regreso sin falta cada vez que estoy cerca de Moniga, y ha sido el escenario de varias celebraciones familiares apreciadas. No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente! Esta joya escondida ofrece algo más que una comida para mí, es un viaje culinario inolvidable, magistralmente curado por el chef Biagio. El menú brilla por sus productos de temporada y sabores equilibrados por expertos, mostrando platos de carne y pescado, al tiempo que ofrece deliciosas opciones vegetarianas que son igualmente tentadoras. Cada plato es una obra maestra, combinando una presentación artística con gustos atrevidos pero armoniosos, haciendo que cada bocado sea tan agradable a la vista como al paladar. Compleanno in famiglia.....pranzo domenicale festeggiando il compleanno del piccolo Matteo. Siamo stati accolti in questo ristorante come fossimo in famiglia, i patron Biagio ed Alessio ci hanno accolti nel loro meraviglioso rifugio culinario. Saletta intima ,calda ed accogliente che la fa da padrone.. abbiamo assaporato menù degustazione per tutto il tavolo, svariando dagli antipasti ai secondi di mare, con qualità e presentazioni stupende, spiegate con abile maestria dello chef internazionale Biagio.. Ristorante da consigliare sia per cene intime, che per eventi in famiglia, si assapora la Sicilia in tavola... Assolutamente perfetto. Tempistica, tecnica, servizio, disponibilità da stella...

The most wonderful experience, the dishes, the wine, the deserts. Divine!!!! The owners know there job and product. I am always amazed.

A truly amazing experience. Great food prepared with creativity and local ingredients. Very nice presentation and all of this at an absolutely fair price. We enjoyed a dinner in late September and were absolutely satisfied. Whenever we are in the region we will visit this place again!

The restaurant can easily stand out from the restaurants, which are mostly aimed at tourists. The ambience impresses with its warm atmosphere, the exposed brickwork and the artificial fireplace. We were welcomed here without a reservation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. As Michelin has often confirmed, the food is good, but not yet at star or Bib Gourmant level. If you like pistachios, Semifredo is a real treat and an insider tip. The main course would have liked to have had a few more vegetables, especially if you cut out the side dish and explicitly asked for more vegetables. All in all, a successful evening with very good food and a classy atmosphere.
