The creative menu and the Michelin star awards we've received in recent years piqued our interest... A very inviting atmosphere and attentive service... we were initially the only guests. We ordered three and four courses from the menu. The chef's creativity and the presentation of the dishes are truly top-notch. In our opinion, the flavor lacked a bit of flair here and there... however, the pasta with sardines, capers, and pine nuts was amazing. The portions were very small! The plates were cold and not warmed up enough, or not at all - so everything got cold very quickly. It was also a shame that the somewhat overzealous service always wanted to take away the plate while my wife was still eating... the next course was probably already waiting in the kitchen. This was not commensurate with the quality and inappropriate. We had almost no breaks between courses. What surprised us was the "servizio" on the bill, which was neither announced nor legible on the menu. It amounted to 10% of the total bill – twice as much as the coperto at €5 each – which was also stated on the menu and completely fine. When we asked about it, a young waiter was sent over... who sheepishly replied that it was a service charge. The head waiter, or boss, said that was common practice in many Italian restaurants. Suddenly, by asking, I had the choice and could only pay the coperto. Which we did. We've never experienced this in countless restaurant visits (even high-priced ones). I would have liked to give a decent tip – which would have been considerably more. In that case, I lost the desire to do so. I suspect that the copert is required for small bills and the servizio for large amounts – when the 10% exceeds the coupert. Perhaps consider including the servizio on the menu. Anyway - the evening itself was nice.

We chose this restaurant to end our summer vacation... a truly perfect choice!
Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the welcome to the service, always attentive and friendly, to the elegant and refined presentation of the dishes, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
The dishes were not only beautiful to look at, but above all rich in flavor and prepared with quality ingredients. The red shrimp tartare and the calamarata... 🔝
An experience that made our evening special, absolutely recommended! 🌟

Great dinner yesterday night in this gastronomic restaurant listed in Michelin guide. We kept the bill to less than 100 eur as we took only one plate per person. And we were treated as full customers as we were. This experience is definitely worth it. Warmly recommended. I decided to write this review after reading some of the reviews which I found really different from our experience.

Hello,
After reading the reviews of this restaurant, I wasn't sure what to think, so I'm going to share my experience. First of all, I should point out that this meal cost us a little over €110 for a starter and a main course for two people, without drinks (other than a small bottle of water). I'm therefore going to judge this restaurant based on comparisons with high-end restaurants, as that's its price range for me.
We arrived for dinner in a rather pleasant setting in the backyard. Although it's a parking lot, the decoration and presentation were well thought out. The waiters are all dressed up, and pretty white tablecloths are laid on the beautifully decorated tables.
The assortment of breadsticks and bread (included in the €5/person cover) is absolutely delicious, and a small appetizer is even offered. This gorgonzola-based appetizer was very beautiful to look at but lacked a little flavor (like the rest of the meal).
As for the presentation of the dishes, it's the level of presentation I've found in bistronomic or gastronomic restaurants. However, where it really falls short is in the taste: the plate resembles a gourmet dish, but the flavors and their balance are not there at all... We had an arrancini as a starter; the presentation was very beautiful, but the taste was far inferior to what you can find in many Italian grocery stores. My partner tried the cannolos, which were accompanied by a mango sauce that didn't pair well with the dish, while some elements, like the tuile, were tasteless. The cannolo itself lacked flavor, and you can also find better and much cheaper ones all over Italy. Regarding the risotto we ordered as a main course, the taste was okay. However, the pistachios were poorly integrated into the dish, and it clearly lacked roundness. I had to adjust the seasoning myself (it was severely lacking in salt). But the worst part was probably that in both of our risottos, we each had to have 5 pieces of a single prawn per plate (cut into ridiculously small slices)... For a prawn and pistachio risotto, it's a shame to be so sparing with the prawns when they're the heart of the dish, and given the price.
Finally, to conclude, the service was quite good, with attentive and helpful servers (especially the younger ones). There were a few mistakes, however, when a dish I was finishing was taken away, but otherwise it was very good.
In summary, the bill is steep, and the food wasn't exactly bad, but given its price, you'd expect a bistro/gastronomic dinner, which was only the case with the presentation.
This restaurant looks like a bistro, but doesn't taste like one.
I hope I've been able to shed some light on this restaurant, given the mixed reviews that led me there.
