26/07/2024: Specially searched for, very pleasant surprise. Excellent food! a little salt, which doesn't hurt. Excellent speed. Welcoming, spacious and recent environment. The only negative note, which for me does not affect the excellent result, are some glasses branded Ikea, one of the many multinationals that have nothing to do with respect for the environment and quality. But nobody is perfect. Sophisticated organic wines and also without sulphites. For those who have judged the first impact and friendliness in the past, I say that the 2 girls I met are very young and therefore it is very rare to already find an adult, knowledgeable and charismatic attitude given their age. I wouldn't confuse rudeness with the typical attitudes of young people, however well-mannered. I recognize youthful sensitivity and delicacy that should not be confused with other defects. I found the dishes carefully prepared, balanced and impeccable. The price is honest, tending towards low compared to what is available in Venice Lagoon. Finally, the owner seemed to me to be a good person who strongly believes in the project and in this lifestyle.
