Porcini mushrooms cooked divinely, both on bruschetta and with pappardelle! the quality of the pasta is super. The wild boar is also truly exceptional. Very courteous and attentive, fast service!

For a short mid-August holiday in Tuscia we came across this restaurant, fresh fish cooked to perfection, friendly owner, interesting wine list with excellent local wines, fair price, worth going back when you go to the area

27/12/2024: We attended this restaurant with my wife for Christmas lunch. Excellent food and service despite the large turnout
11/12/2024: Good food, maniacally great service, and great prices. The only flaw was not having witnessed any boarding, probably the pirate activity was suspended due to the annoyingly incessant rain that day. However I recommend it ARRRR!

28/12/2024: We returned to Soriano after two years and could not miss a stop at Ai Tre Scalini.
26/11/2024: Straordinario! Finalmente un menù che non sia basato sulle solite tagliate: Pasta fatta a mano, faraona, coniglio, stracotto, agnello, castagne sciroppate per dessert...una festa per il palato ed una gioia per gli occhi! Porzioni superabbondanti, in grado di abbattere anche le forchette più affamate! Bravissimi, straconsigliato.
