29/08/2025: La Rocca restaurant is welcoming and, despite its small size, offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the food is truly excellent, with well-prepared dishes and friendly service. The quiet atmosphere certainly contributes to a very pleasant experience. Our favorite dish was the fettuccine with ragù, a must-try! A rich and flavorful dish, demonstrating the care taken in preparing the dishes. The real surprise, however, was the appetizer: the "non-Russian salad," described as steamed vegetables with vegetable mayonnaise. You'd expect something more innovative, but instead you get a real Russian salad served in the shape of a round tartlet, albeit a bit lighter and more refined than the traditional version. The flavor wasn't bad at all; in fact, it was interesting, but I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, it was a very positive experience. It would be helpful to expand the dish descriptions on the menu to provide a clearer overview and better reflect the chef's intent, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality.
