There is only one dish, Bistecca alla foirentina. To kneel down. Perfect T-bone steak browned and seasoned in a wood oven. Plus vegetable side dishes and bread. The meat is placed on a hot plate to continue cooking to taste. Nicolo and his team act confidently and extremely nicely. Fair prices, even for wine. Different desserts.

13/05/2025: Had a quick dinner. But the food was good. We would love to go back
