I dined at this steakhouse for the first time last weekend after having tried to book several times in the past without success. After filling out a form with my details—the place is a club—I was welcomed and seated by the kind and professional staff. The formula is that of a single menu consisting of Florentine steak served rare, sliced ​​on a hot stone cutting board so that it can be cooked further if desired, and side dishes of baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, and beans, as well as warm homemade focaccia. The wine list is decent, of good quality and variety; strangely, the Ripasso and, especially, the Amarone were not included. I found the wine to be of good quality, as were the side dishes. The desserts were also good, and finally, the barrique grappa, the bitters, and the coffee. The total cost for 4 people, including 2 bottles of wine for about €60, was €55 per person. Good value for money.
