Passed by chance, it was a wonderful discovery. From the service to the presentation to the flavours, you can see all the love that Valeria puts into what she does. I would have easily paid €5-6 more for the raviolacci, a delicacy. Medium-low final bill, stellar quality. Well done, well done, well done!

Siamo stati di passaggio diretti a Sabaudia. Posto molto semplice ma decisamente un mangiare notevole sia per la qualità delle materie prime ma anche per la bontà delle preparazioni e presentazione dei piatti. Dai ravioli verdi con ricotta e agrumi al carciofo alla romana con guanciale croccante. Ritorneremo di certo anche per assaggiare la pizza.

I have been to this local restaurant several times and have been able to try its cuisine, from pizza to more elaborate dishes. There is a great desire to do well without overdoing it. The simple environment is the setting for delicious dishes made with high quality raw materials. The restaurant is located in the center of Borgo, convenient parking, fast service and very kind owners. I advise!
