A wonderful lunch on the way home. When you stop for a quick lunch, but then you find yourself immersed in an experience and leave with a smile. The dishes are rooted in tradition but with a touch of innovation. And then there's the roast pigeon, which is hard to find.

We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance and left feeling satisfied and happy. We sampled the antipasti of cured meats, cheeses, and typical Tuscan crostini, a wonderful pappa al pomodoro, amazing first courses, and exquisite pigeon. Add to that the kindness of the waiters and the owner... it was a 10/10 lunch, worth the price. I hope to return on my next trip to Tuscany.

If you're looking for expertly prepared local dishes, you're in the right place.
The locally produced cold cuts platter is very good, the pici all'aglione is excellent, and the pappa al pomodoro gets top marks! A wide selection of wines.

My partner and I went on a Saturday night. The place was very nice, with a comfortable atmosphere and good service. However, we didn't really like the food we ordered. We reluctantly finished it all because leaving food on our plates is rude, but we won't be returning.

On a recommendation, we visited this delightful little place during the week. It's not overly large, but it does have outdoor tables and a small terrace in the back, making it more pleasantly intimate and welcoming. The tavern-style wooden tables can be extended. A rich display of mostly local wines frames the interior. What's most surprising is undoubtedly their cuisine, which follows tradition with a few variations on the theme. Here, you can experience the ancient flavors of your grandparents (and great-grandparents, too): tripe (including lampredotto) is definitely a must-try, the braised cheek with prunes is sublime, so ask for more. The first courses are also noteworthy: the ravioli filled with nana (duck, for the "ignorant") are definitely worth a try, and not just that. Unfortunately, there was a slight drop in the desserts, but who cares, my stomach is already full. What more can I say, except that it was a pleasant evening, with more than excellent and precise service. They also have their own private parking lot, so what else can I say? There's no excuse not to try it and definitely return. Fair prices. We haven't noticed any particular impediments for certain types of disabilities.

We went there for dinner, a real inn worthy of the name. We tasted the typical dishes of the region and they were excellent. Compliments to those who cooked!!!!!!

Just today we went for lunch to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. I found an environment with polite... and very kind people. The menu was excellent with a lot of variety of food. Everything was delicious...!! 😋 Compliments to the chef and the assistant chef. Compliments to the waiters who were very helpful and fast. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much ☺️
